Esteemed Leaders of the World,

Greetings from our great nation of Balashov. Recently, the great King Zuri has decided that it is in our best interests to open relations with the many nations of the world. Thus, the Ministry of International Affairs has created the Royal Embassy Exchange program, and has opened it's mailboxes for any and all applicants interested in joining the program. Our board of advisors shall review each application thoroughly in order to find all suitable matches to our humble kingdom. Before I proceed with the formal application, allow me to inform you upon our nation so that you all can determine if we are suitable for you as well. Balashov is a large kingdom situated on the eastern portion of the continent of Esia. Our capital is Vlasnok, the sprawling home of the royal family. Within the center of our city, in the Old District, near the Golden Palace, lies Embassy Row. Here, your embassy will be located. Embassy Row lies near the cultural heart of the city, as well as near all the attractions, monuments, and the Golden Palace. This section of the city is quiet, free of the noise pollution of any urban area. The streets of Embassy Row are lined with cherry blossom trees, with road traffic at a minimum. Your embassy will be your slice of home within the sea of culture that Vlasnok and Balashov offers. Ambassadors and staff are not subject to Balashovian law while on Embassy grounds and said grounds will be treated as sovereign property of occupying nation. However, while not on embassy grounds, all diplomatic staff are subject to Balashovian laws and regulations, with the exception of the Ambassador. We here in Balashov hope this seems enticing, and are willing to add more to your specific embassy to accommodate your diplomat's personal needs (within reason of course). Short Biography on Ambassador: From a family of a former enemy of the state having since re-connected with the group, Tubal Hart learned the ways of his father a military man at a young age. However he realized he had a passion for the pen and council chamber more than the sword, and though still an officer in the Order has become a career spokesman, and has been Representative of his home Region for 9 consecutive terms. Now at age 40 he decided he would serve the Consuls in another capacity, that of ambassador. Taking his favored mistress with him he is ready to go once the government recieves acceptance and conduct business with Balashov for the progress of the two nations.
