The Neo-Divine Empire of Singpu would like to formally declare its embassy program open once more, on behalf of the Office of The Holy Minister and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. All nations are welcome to open an embassy/consulate in the imperial capital, New Fiducia City. We look forward to embracing new relations and international friendships throughout the world, and improving our own reputation.

•All vehicles/mode of transportation/autmobiles are to be unarmed. Bullet proofing and armoring is allowed, however.
•All embassy/consulate staff are subject to immunity laws as follow in the Diplomatic & Consular Immunity table below.
•Vehicle are restricted to limousine, car, and jeep. Helicopters require applying for a permit, and are not permitted outside of the capital city

All embassies/consulates are still on Imperial soil of the Neo-Divine Empire of Singpu. By constructing an embassy/consulate, the soil it is built on is not transferred to your nation; however, this land does get special privilege; criminals are unable to be detained by city officials while on embassy/consulate grounds, and must either be transferred by your embassy/consulate staff or, if not done within a 72 hour period, a team of the Imperial Police shall extract them from the premises.

Singpu reserves the right to close an embassy/consulate at any time. In the event that this occurs, the nation in question will be notified within 72 hours of the decision. Once the 72 hours after the decision has been made have passed, all business in the embassy/consulate is to be shut down. Staff within are permitted to stay in the city/embassy/consulate up to 2 weeks without permit otherwise, to make arrangements. After this time, those not gone will be fined (excluding Diplomats or Administrative Staff; due to Diplomatic Immunity laws, they will be deported to their home country.)
