Greetings and salutations. It is a great pleasure that you have chosen to open diplomatic talks with us. Though we are imperialistic in our efforts to establish a large colonial empire through out the M13 Supercluster, we are mostly a peaceful people, and so have opened up our homeworld, Thessia, to you as well as a number of major cities.
The purpose of this embassy program is to bridge whatever cultural, geo-political and socio-religious gaps that exist between the nations of Thessia and your own, and to sow the seeds of lasting peace between our nations and peoples.

We welcome any species and all tech levels, and those who wish to can have their embassy built according to their own specifacations, or if none are given, one shall be constructed for you using our own architectual conventions. We perfer you equip your staff with weapons produced in your own nation to showcase your unique weaponery to our people but will provide them ourselves if asked. We can also provide transport off-world if you are incapable of arranging transport yourself. Once on Thessia, transport will be by our VTOL hovercars unless you have brought vehicles of your own.
