The First King of Franconia, Albert united the small duchies of the English speaking lands around Franconia. His assaults into french speaking Verana however were less successful, and he died in 1123, at the age of 59.

Ruled: 1689-1715
The man who unified Franconia and Verana, Charles' marriage to Princess Maria Antonia of Verana sealed the alliance between the two nations, and during the fractious Veranian revolution in 1704, the King marched his armies into Verana and seized control. He decreed an act of Union between the two countries, formally sealing the two nations as one.

Ruled: 1886-1919
Ruling in the Colonial era, Alexandra was a chief proponent of Franconian Imperialism, yet when the Federal government passed the highly controversial Official Religion Act by a vote of 176-174, Verana was outraged and civil disobedience was rampant. When the Veranian Premier was assassinated in 1891, the Queen dissolved her Government, ruling by Royal Prerogative. She swiftly dismissed the antagonistic government, and instituted martial law. Reigning as an absolute monarch from March 1891 to May 1892, the Queen wrote and passed the Inclusion Act, which officially renamed the Kingdom of Franconia, to the Kingdom of Great Franconia and Verana, becoming the first monarch of this new nation. She then lead the Country through
World War I until her abdication in 1919, and death in 1924

Vic Rattlehead, who can be seen gracing the Fukafian flag was the first true leader of Fukafia following the downfall of the "old regime" (the Dominion of Fükafia), taking over the city of Fükar in a show of utter terror in the year 2008.

Thus the Heavy Metal Dominion took control.

Betweeen 2008 and 2009 Vic Rattlehead set about laying the seeds of the New World Order. He brought with him the book of heavy metal and the arsenal of megadeth, which remains Fukafia's most glorious (and notorious) commodity.

By 2009 Vic Rattlehead had accomplished his goal and ascended to the annals of metal history.

Fearless Leader was chosen to rule in his place by the remaining vestiges of the Fukafian parliament. Democracy was effectively wiped out and roughly 75% of the serving politicians in Fukafia were shot in public for the lulz.

The New World Order successfully came into fruition in 2010. Fearless Leader remains the singular incumbent in Fukafia.

Depends on what you mean. If you mean the Kingdom of Prussia (the primary force behind the German unification), then that would be Friedrich I, first King of Prussia and the final Duke of Prussia and Elector of Brandenburg before the Kingdom's establishment. He ruled from the time of the founding in 1701 until his death in 1713.

If you mean Germany itself, then that would be Wilhelm I, originally ruling as King of Prussia from 1861 onwards, then as President of the North German Confederation from 1867 onwards, before being crowned as the first Emperor of the German Empire in 1871. He would rule until his death in 1888.

That is not a clear question to answer. The first monarch of the UNE's predecessor state was the great King Cornon I, the First Prophet and Saint of Mysticianism and King of Oasysii. Oasysii would eventually evolve into the Old Oasysiian Empire, which would eventually collapse, and from the ashes the throne would be reclaimed by the Cornon Dynasty, and the state revived as the Kingdom of Galactia.

The Kingdom of Galactia would become the longest lived predecessor of the UNE, as the Galactian Empire. Shortly before the Solar War, and the formation of the UNE, the Galactian Empire gained dominion over the entire planet of Neptumous, and began to colonize its moons, under the reign of the Galactian Emperor, Saint Cornon XIV. Following the outbreak of the Solar War, the coalition of powers against the Fireinian Empire and the Dark Empire formed a union known as the United Neptumousian Alliance, with Cornon XIV as its chair. Following the victory of the UNA, the war was ended, and the coalition agreed to form a new state for the good of all, including the new Fireinian government.

The coalition chose to elect Her Holiness, the High Queen of Life and Grace and Supreme Governor of the Holy Church of Mystica, Star Mystiina I, as the Arch-Empress of the now formed UNE, as its first monarch. In order to legitimize the religious significance of her title and of the UNE, she chose to create the office of the diarchs, and crowned her own aunts and daughters of the Holy Bringer of Life Himself, Vera and Vena, the Cosmic Goddesses of Order and Chaos respectively, as joint Empresses of the UNE. The reign of Vera and Vena was, however, only ceremonial. During the course of their reign, Star governed the UNE herself and guided it through establishing itself as the predominant power in the known universe.

When Star had completed her establishment process, Vera and Vena abdicated as Empresses, and ceded the diarchical thrones to Vera's daughters, Cersea and Cure. It was at this point that Star granted the authority to rule to the Empresses, and took on an overseer role in the UNE's government.

So the short answer is, the UNE's first monarch was Arch-Empress Star Mystiina I, who still reigns to this day, five billion years after the UNE's foundation.

Our first king was Edward the Mighty, who, in 1275, united Gunnland, one of our constituent territories, unified the weights and measure system, unified the currency, declared Hammerport the capital city, founded the armed forces, and built Hammerport Palace (not by himself).
