It depends what kind of degree you're interested in. The University of Nuxenstat is considered to have the best programs in the humanities and social sciences. If engineering is what you're after then the Nuxenstat Institute of Technology can't be beat.

While the Commonwealth feels the term "best" is subjective in the least, given the nation's long tradition and public support of higher learning and considering the number of advances conjured from the minds of it's graduates that has shaped the very foundation that support the way of life within the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth would have to say that the New England Institute of Science & Technology is one of our nation's most world-renowned universities.

The Caribican Academia de Ciencias. just an hours drive out of Caribica City. Most of the countrys top scientists, including those working in the CSA (Caribican Space Agency) and SRC (Strategic Rocket Corps) come from here and it's research is responsible for many of Caribicas scientific advancements in the last half century.
