To be honest, I don't know. It could be becuase the foreign nations have just given up trying to save their people, or it could be because they fear us, or because they just don't know. Who really knows? In my opinion, this question was meant more for the foreigners rather than for me.

98% of the population are counter-revolutionaries. Most of the Ewacian people do not wish to start a revolution in the Federation, though there are 2% that do, that is a relatively small amount.
