CaDPat is Canadian Disruptive Pattern. Looks like this.

Flecktarn is the German camouflage pattern. Literally it means "spotted camo". Looks like this.

And SMK is Russian. Looks like this.

The CFP201 (A-PD-201-000/PT-000) is the Canadian Forces Manual for Drill & Ceremonial.

The Russian military standard camouflage is so varied its hard to actually say which is the standard.

The correct answer is EMR, Edinaya maskirovochnaya rascvetka, or "Universal Camouflage Pattern", in the West, commonly called "Digital Flora".

It is the standard pattern of most Russian forces; the problem is, the Russian military uses so many different camouflage patterns. In total, the Uniformed Services acknowledge somewhere between 10 and 18 different camouflage patterns; while the Army may only have three patterns, EMR, Original Flora, and the old khakis, the MVD, the FSB, the VDV, Naval Infantry and SpetSnaz units feel no obligation to follow these guidelines; the MVD and FSB allows the most of these, with something like eight different uniforms allowed.

The Canadian & German camo look quite impressive actually, sadly I don't see how I'd combine them together. :?
But thank you for your assistance with this topic so far.

Otherwise yes, I can see how they could blend together quite well.
Being said, Tekeristan is a similar yet diverse land. The changing of the seasons demands changes in camouflage. The deciduous forests of the lowlands are the hardest to suit up for, whilst the highlands is a thick mix of evergreen & deciduous trees. The farther north, the more evergreen trees appear.

Tekeristan also has a large array of mountains, snow going in and out based on the time of year.

Yay information!

What squad weapons are the most important?

In my opinion, it goes something like MG, then fire support (e.g. RPG etc.), and then DMR.

Also I find commando mortars sort of impractical at squad level unless we're talking about a really large squad. The 51mm I find completely useless given (esp. newer generation) 40mm launchers. Still the GL is a better weapon IMO than even a 60mm mortar for a squad.

Honestly, combine the colours and distribution of CaDPat with the patterns and "style" of Flecktarn (ie lots of dots rather than an overtly digital pattern), and call it a day.

Precisely. Then you just mount that on the back of a tank and you have a sub-tactical nuclear device capable of being reloaded relatively swiftly.

Would these be any reason not to use the MG 74 in the "General Purpose Machinegun" squad role just like the M 60?

-Infantry Rifle

Reason: Infantry rifles form the backbone of the infantry squad. There will always be more rifles than there are machine guns. While a single machine gun produces more volume of fire than one rifle, two or three rifles produce more volume of fire than a machine gun. The squad is built around a machine gun, the rifle protects the machine gun. Without the rifle, the machine gun is just noise.
