Also, why the fuck do you have a uniform in 800BCE? it should just be whatever armor you issue, or a ceremonial variation.

Cuz. Korva the Great assembled one for me.

Surely sewing this together doesn't involve more than a few dozens of yards of fabric and a measly 10 hours of needlework?

That's about 6-12 hours on a fabric weaving thing I can't spell in english. With another 1-3 hours of basic sewing. It'll be fairly quick, crude, and unless you use magics or something hiddenaway a fairly weak defense. Or course cloth padding is about all you would expect to be issued so an extra armor was handmade or specialty bought from a blackmarket or cheap smithy. Is this what you were thinking about?

Yeah, but we kinda take pride in our attire. See, we think of elaborate clothing as proof of civilization. Unintentional nudity, the symbol of barbarism.

If by "these days" you mean since WWI, then yeah, a tourniquet. (Dumb French words.)

But really, anything that cuts off perfusion and blood-flow effectively can be used as a tourniquet in a pinch. Last week in my EMT class, I learned that you could use a blood-pressure cuff as one if you pumped it up high enough, and made damn sure it didn't loosen.

My nation does not reflect my RL beliefs. If it offends you, then you can firmly shove it up your ass respect difference and continue on with your day.
Libertarianism, Individualism, Free Religion, Freedom of Speech, Life-Liberty-and-the-Pursuit-of-Happiness, Right to Bear Arms, Public Liberty (I'm the Anti-Party party), and Anti-Plutocracy(POWER TO THE PEOPLE).
If you believe this is a human right we're seriously going to hunt you monsters down. We see people putting this "right" into their constitutions more and more everyday and it is absolutely appalling. There is nothing more depressing than a bear without arms, you sick fucks.

I use Monster Girl Encyclopedia (although set on modern time) as a medium for roleplay (my nation is not limited to it, though). I am an MT nation (set in today), with experimental and a few functioning PMT technology. My nation is when Sweden smokes much weed, takes much LSD, takes up more arms than normal, and dates a monster girl (mamono).

Best cure for wounded is a knife between the 8th and 9th rib from the back and a stab in the throat better then a slice across. My military has a chemical blend for light-weight armor that is composed of crushed diamond mixed with metals and plastics for durability like tanks. The conductive electrical sheet-sized plastic in the armor is like having a Ipad as well in comparrison, not to mention nano-tech installed for the ultimate foot soldier battle armor. Iron man maybe? But to keep it real flight and energy bolts are not available.

If you answered yes to TWO or more of these questions then go ahead. Otherwise just go order some house wives, call China, or buy surplus.

Well, I have a PT and an MT canon. PT (which is the basis of this question, sorry for not stating so) is 800 BCE. MT is now.

And on the contrary, my nation is one of the wealthiest during the period. So wealthy that we don't pay our soldiers; they pay for their own weapons, food, camping equipment, and transport.

Well, there's a historical precedent for soldiers paying for their own equipment(Greek hoplites, knights, etc.) but past the 15- and 1600s you're not going to get away with that sort of stinginess. If you're so wealthy, issue your soldiers with the best equipment available. And don't make them sew their own uniforms - sure, knowing how to sew will save a lot of money, but professional tailors can make the uniforms to a much higher standard.
