just search for Level IIIA vests they offer slightly better (but comparable) protection than the PASGT vest whilst being in other ways more less similar and widely availble comercially. Actual military vests can be hard to compare it can be hard to get like for like weight comparisions for the vest alone and not all the other addon bits.
