so if like someone could rotate these to a 45 degree angle that'd be awesome

You can turn things 45 degrees in ms paint by:

1) resize image to ~130%
2) skew horizontal 45
3) skew vertical -26
4) resize horizontal by 50%

Then clean up the messy pixels and voila
