Both males and females are in the government, the high ranks of the military, and other prominent roles. Besides, in Redslavian culture, both parents are expected to work to help the state achieve maximum efficiency while the grandparents, uncle and aunt, or another entrusted guardian care for the children during the day (The parents still have plenty of time with their children, however.) Both genders have the same emotional, psychical, and intellectual strength in Redslavia, so the argument that "One sex is the weaker sex" is completely moot.
