After months-long hiatus of mysterious diplomatic inactivity for undisclosed reasons, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Terra Nova of Scrin has chosen to reactivate frequent, casual and warm diplomatic relationships with other nations. Therefore, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs cheerfully announces the opening of the Embassy Program of the Terra Nova of Scrin.

The people of Tanzhiye wishes to open embassies with other nations, the Tanshi as host nations and other nations as representatives with respective chanceries in the government city of Frugerz (though other locations will be specified). This embassies and chanceries, even the ambassadors themselves shall serve as tokens of friendship, respect between two peoples and the start of exciting new diplomatic relationships between other nations.

Even knowing the famous fact that the Tanzhiye is a religious Christian nation, and an East Asian nation feared of painting the tradition and heritage brought to it by its own ancestors with the culture of respected foreigners or the faith of other cultures, we still would try our best to improve our relationships with other nations and peoples of the world.

Therefore, we hope that nations will be try to establish diplomatic missions in our soil and strive to develop relationships with the peoples of each other.


NOTE: The Embassy Application is open for all nations regardless of tech, setting or species. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wants to open diplomatic relations with as several states as possible. Nations not following the Christian religion are welcome to open embassies and will mostly be accepted.

The Terra Nova of Scrin has the right to reject any embassial application and can reject an application for any purpose we do not want

Species: We allow any species to establish embassies in our nation, but expect other species different from Homo Sapiens Sapiens to not receive help in the difficulty of living with humans.
Race and Ethnicity: Races and ethnicities of any kind are welcome to establish their embassies in the Terra Nova of Scrin.
Tech: We allow nations of any tech or setting.
Regulations on Diplomatic, Security and Service Staff: There are no real limits on diplomatic and service staff, realistic numbers should work fine but we will not hesitate to deport if there are just too many staff. The limit to security staff is 50.
Criminal Record of Ambassador: Though we can tolerate minor crimes committed by the ambassador (misdemeanors in American legal language), it it up to us to tolerate an ambassador who has committed a major crime.
Hiring Locally: Hiring locally is not allowed. We prefer that you hire your own native citizens in your embassies. However, we allow Tanshi staff being hired by embassies of East Asian nations.
Interpreter: Please bring an able translator. Tanshi people are not expected to learn any other language other than their own. In case, embassy cannot provide one, we will try to provide the translator.
Weaponry: We can tolerate high-calibre firearms, but we will not allow grenades, rocket launchers, grenade launchers, artillery, machine guns, portable man systems, and et cetera. In short, bring only high-calibre firearms, our nation's security will protect your embassy and ambassador.
Vehicles: Limousines or expensive luxury cars are permitted, as well as armoured vans. Other armoured vehicles are prohibited.
Aircraft: A maximum of (1) helicopter is allowed. Aircraft of other kind is prohibited.
Helipad: An embassy can contain a maximum of a (1) helipad.
Alcohol, Tobacco and Narcotics: Customs can tolerate alcohol and tobacco in the country but it will be not allowed to distribute them on the local population. (For relevant information, alcohol and tobacco is 100% legal in the Terra Nova of Scrin but consumption regulations exist.) However, substances of any kind deemed illegal by Tanshi law will not be allowed.
Medicine and Pharmaceutical Drugs: Such are completely allowed
Pets and Animals: Pets are allowed and can be brought. But not exotic animals.
Religious Affairs: Embassy staff can practice their religion inside the embassy grounds. A house of worship of any religion can also be constructed inside the embassy grounds for the embassy's staff's spiritual needs if they are religious. However, embassy staff and the ambassador must not proselytize or attempt to spread his/her religion on the native population.
Miscellanous: Though we tolerate interactions with the embassy staff and relevant Tanshi people, we recommend that the ambassador or any of the embassy staff avoid talking to high school teenagers or elementary and preschool schoolchildren to avoid serious criminal repercussions.

--------UNIMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT----------

If someone notices that the names of the cities in the former applications submitted by nations sound Western and English-like such as Valenhorn, Frugerz, and then, the names of the cities in the Application Form became like cities with Korean and Japanese names such as Dashime Dattoryo and Miyedori, I recently retconned a cosmetic aspect of my nation = I recently named my nation's cities from formerly English and Western-sounding names to bona fide East Asian-sounding names.

The problem is I just can't think of a decent backstory justification of why would an East Asian country have all its cities with Western names.
