Rules and Regulations
Personnel and Equipment Guidelines
There is no limit, restriction, or cap on the amount of employment per job category, or total employment. However, some locations might require a limit on the amount of total employment, we will inform you of that if your location requires that restriction. There is, however, a limit on the amount of ambassadors (or nation's equivalent) a embassy can employ. There may only be one ambassador (or nation's equivalent) per embassy. There may, also, only be one embassy per nation.
All weapons used by the embassy must be registered under Solmian Law. No weapon may be imported into Solm from the native language. All weapons must be bought from the government of Solm or by private enterprise in Solm. Any weapon not registered under Solmian Law will be immediately confiscated and the embassy will be immediately closed and all members deported to native nation. Any weapon that is registered under Solmian Law to an embassy is subject to confiscation at any time, if that happens, we will return all finances used to pay for said weapon.
All guns registered under the Embassy or under the name of any member for the embassy or self-protection must have a 3-inch bright-orange area at the end of the barrel. This area must not be blocked from view by any area or the holder of the gun is subject to be detained. The holder of the weapon is responsible for all actions committed by the weapon.

Diplomatic Immunity
Diplomatic Immunity will be awarded to Ambassadors (or nation's equivalent), members of embassy's diplomatic staff, and members of the embassy's administrative staff. Diplomatic Immunity will not be awarded to any security officers or member's hired or employed for security reasons. Diplomatic Immunity will also not be awarded to any technical personnel.
Diplomatic Immunity includes the ability to not be arrested, however, any person can be detained for up to 12 hours, except the Ambassador (or nation's equivalent). Diplomatic Immunity, however, does not include the ability to be exempt from being issued a traffic ticket or a parking violation. Diplomatic Immunity also, does not leave the bearer exempt from being subpoenaed as a witness, however, the ambassador is exempt from being subpoenaed as a witness. Diplomatic Immunity allows the bearer to be exempt from their residence being entered subject to ordinary procedures.
Under Diplomatic Immunity, the bearer may not be prosecuted, this ability is also awarded to technical staff, service staff, career consular officers, honorary consular officers, and consular employees, however, security personnel may be prosecuted. Although the bearer cannot be prosecuted, they can be forced to deport within 24 hours to native nation.
Diplomatic Immunity, however, does not cover murder, terrorism, espionage, or any "Foedero Vitium." If the bearer is arrested for any of the things thereof then the bearer may be subject to trial. The bearer would then be considered "persona non grata" and their Diplomatic Immunity be swiped, they will then be subject to the full throttle of Solmian Law.

Extraterritoriality
The grounds of the embassy will be considered territory of Solm all Solmian laws will apply to the embassy's grounds. However, Diplomatic Immunity will apply to all who are eligible and Solmian Officials must follow those restrictions.
Although, the embassy grounds cannot be entered by Solmian Officials without the Ambassador's permission, even with a warrant. It can however, be entered, if the Solmian Officials are pursuing a fugitive and they have beyond reasonable doubt that the fugitive is in the embassy or the embassy's grounds.
No military vehicles, under Solmian discretion, may leave the Embassy grounds and enter any Solmian streets and no military parades may go on. The Embassy is also subject to surveillance at Solmian discretion.
Although, the embassy grounds cannot be entered by Solmian Officials without the Ambassador's permission, even with a warrant.
