First things first you'll need a header which you can put in like this:

The next cool little thing you can add is a Table of Contents which looks like this in code:

Then there is the Preamble. This is a vital part of the Constitution as it explains why you're writing this Constitution, I'll put down a template of the US Constitution Preamble if you want to use it:

The next part is probably one of the most vital: the body. This is where you put the articles and laws of your constitution and its the part that everyone really looks at. I'll do a template of Article I of the US Constitution:

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a LEGISLATIVE BODY NAME of NATION, which shall consist of a LEGISLATIVE BODY and a LEGISLATIVE BODY.

The Senate shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of each (State or Region), and the Electors from each (State or Region) shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the Regional Legislature.
No Person shall be a LEGISLATOR who shall not have attained to the Age of NUMBER Years, and been NUMBER Years a Citizen of NATION, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that (State or Region) in which he shall be chosen.
LEGISLATORS and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several (States or Regions) which may be included within this (Union or Nation), according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of citizens within the (State or Region). The actual Enumeration shall be made within NUMBER Years after the first Meeting of the LEGISLATIVE BODY NAME of NATION, and within every subsequent Term of NUMBER Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct. The Number of LEGISLATORS shall not exceed one for every NUMBER Thousand, but each Region shall have at Least one LEGISLATOR.
When vacancies happen in the LEGISLATIVE BODY from any (State or Region), the Executive Authority thereof shall issue Writs of Election to fill such Vacancies.
The LEGISLATIVE BODY shall choose their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.

The next important part is the signatures, you can just make up some names and type them in with the tags.

The final part is one of the most important... the Bill of Rights. Well its importance is dependent upon how you rule, you don't need one but if you have one its very important to your nation. I put another table of contents at the beginning of mine so follow the same template as the main contents except make the title of the table "Bill of Rights Contents".
