I remember seeing a thread very similar to this, and then i wrote 'November 2013', the actual date back then. That means, it's been a bloody while. But anyways, it's 2014 here...

Well, Italian Indochina isn't a nation, it is a colony of The Kingdom Of Italy, obtained in 1921 in an alternate world where WW1 never happened. Italy, seeking a colony near the Pacific, declared war on Siam, and after a 3-year war(1918-1921) Siam surrendered and became a colony of Italy, renamed Italian Indochina. Currently, the year is 1939. (Sorry for the long explanation)
