I've made the Victory Corporation to try to fit in with 2016/modern tech folks while still being slightly up on the PMT spectrum. Our stuff is better, on the military side for the most part, but in a lot of other places we're falling apart, wide open to insurgencies and the like. We're also fairly small, at least compared to some of the HUGE MT nations I've encountered, and entirely urbanized.
