Haha, how big is my military? Non-existent. That is what the World Assembly is for. We have never been invaded nor is the possibility we will even extant. Building a military is a waste of brain synapses on NationStates. Better to invest in education and get the next Nobel Prize in quantum-bomb as extreme leverage than fund a bunch of lackeys to shoot bullets at sand bags. Am dumbfounded 40% of the sample above selected "huge" as their military size...

What is this "military" you speak of?

But Quelsh does have a military. Not a very large one, but a military. Sadly, this small military is the reason Quelsh fails pretty much any war that it engages in unless it has help from its allies. Luckily, help is given. So Quelsh wins almost every war, but has a small, pitiful military, but that might be changing soon.

Oh, I forgot! Quelsh also has this insanely godmod weapon known as the "Matrix Bomb". The exact capabilities of the weapon are unknown, but basically it is a bomb that is too powerful to really be in any one nation's hands.

wouldnt hurt just to have some armed gaurds protecting your land cant just throw that bomb at everybody unless you want to destroy the planet including yourself

We have a huge army of 60 million regular soldiers and 20 million reservists in the national guard/reserves, and thats just our army, its around the same for the navy and air force though

Our Military is large for our nations size, it being around 360 000 in a nation of around 6 000 000 (6 million), meaning it makes up about 6% of the total population.

By International standards it is medium sized however.
