Humans are the most widespread majority of Sapient beings in Thama.
This isn't saying much about other sapient species - Those would be only Onchidellans and the officially inexistent Quantum Beings. Onchidellans keep to their island villages and simply eat continuously, being the eternally hungry gelatinous life forms they are, and Quantum Beings, as previously mentioned, officially don't exist.

Humans are obviously treated well.

We are an alien Interstellar commonwealth. We do however have a small colony of humans that were abandoned by there parent civilization (Decemberland). We have made them citizens there are about 5,000 colonists. The are now known as the Dece (Da-see). They are aiding the ICH in its contact and understanding of human behavior. They are treated as any other citizen of the ICH. Excellent.

The Dece were medical aid workers helping our Project Sanctuary find homes for wayward and repressed sentient beings. Little did they realize that they would be in that same situation.

Other humans are visitors and emissaries from other civilization.

That depends, if the population of one world is rebellious then not very well but they are generally treated fairly.

They can run the governments of their own worlds under an Imperial overseer but only humans whose civilization has proven useful or worthy enough for that group to be First Class or Honorary Garmillan status can serve in the Imperial Government itself.

We do not believe in intrinsic rights but humans get no less privileges than most other races.

No, and it is forbidden for them to become so. If our Cloning Centers accidentally produce so many that their numbers would equal more than half of ours, the extras are summarily culled.

They are beasts of burden. Their station in life is to serve us, and they are put to work in mines, oil fields, and other locations that need small beings capable of brute labor. Like the beasts that were once under their dominion, they are genetically altered to better perform their duties and to ensure their docile obedience. They are also given things like immune system patches to keep them free of disease, but that's just good animal husbandry.

Of course not. What a nonsensical idea.

They have no rights whatsoever and live only as long as their owner and/or overseer is happy with them.

All of Saracen citizens are officially humans, there are rumours that some members of our esteemed nobility and high priesthood are respectively superpowered vampires and sentient bugs from outer space. Anyone dared to speak such lowly opinion will find by themselves that they're ~~correct~~ going to be burned at the stake unless confess their crime and repent to the gods.

Humans are treated nicely(?). All humans are allowed to serve in all positions of the government, military and other institutions. Compared with laws protecting the rights and interests of other species, such laws for humans vastly outnumber them.

Pretty much all positions of power is held by humans, who are roughly 99.9% of the population as a whole (the nonhuman population being relatively recent immigrants). Statewide, there's no distinctions between different citizens of the Republic whether they be a talking bear inside a clam, an eldritch abomination doing carpentry, a sentient shade of the colour blue or even a homosexual. Not legally, anyway.

Baseline humans? No. They only make up less than 2 % of the population. And this percentage is rapidly falling.
The GEM posthuman species is the majority species and our baseline human citizens are allowed to upgrade to a GEM body at any time at no charge, And many humans have chosen to do this. The last major mass transfer happened when we finally perfected a male version of the GEM body and many humans who did not wish to have a female body finally made the change.

No. Humans as in homo sapiens are extremely rare, composing less than a single percentage point of the population. Humans as in entities of the homo genus (including transhumans) make up an estimated 38% of the population which, while the largest single group, is not a majority.

Humans are treated very well, as are all other Omnidemocratic citizens. The entire point of the Omnidemocracy is too treat people well, even if they do not want to be treated well.
A slim majority of high level government positions are filled by humans, especially in the medical and energy sectors. Materials science and FTL technology are mainly Ualgeshi fields, while lower bureaucracy are increasingly Omigelt dominated.
Humans do not have any special rights, though it is generally considered that humans (alongside the Ualgeshi) founded the Omnidemocracy and human culture is largely dominant (though Ualgeshi religion and wargames are also massively popular).

Elvonines are humanoid (we look the same as humans), but we are not homo sapiens. We evolved first. We are also far more intelligent, live much longer, and have a different biology.

As for humans, Elvion is generally "closed" to foreign species, but there is a small number of friendly humans living on Elvion as guests and friends. They are treated with dignity, but are often subjected to the kind of mild contempt and condescension that characterises the Elvonine attitude towards species other than ourselves. Humans don't serve in positions of power, and have less rights than Elvonines.

Humans do not survive long in our nation, humans in our timeline are a rarity becoming fewer by the year, while the next generation of evolved humans is becoming more prevalent. Humans are not a majority in our nation, no.

Humans are treated the same as any evolved human, well not really, they are treated a bit worse. Humans don't survive long enough to serve in a position of power. We have equal rights, except for slaves.
