Offender: Aud Ki'kilaly
Crime: Offence/Harm to public officer
Report: Mrs. Ki'kilaly has been caught by a police officer punching Mr. Haun, a penal lawyer and coworker, in the face, causing a bruise and a nosebleed. While he was rescued, The offender has been brought to a provisional court to decide if she has to be imprisoned or freed.
Several testimonies tell about the two coworkers arguing violently, apparently over economic misunderstandings. The victim was the last one to testimony. Proof was shown on a bank booklet and several other documents. CCTV recordings with audio was also shown as proof.
Verdict:Mrs. Ki'kilaly is not guilty of its crime, being the cause of the dispute legitimate and not causing serious damages. However, due to the severity of the act, she must serve two days of imprisonment at the local police station.Date: December 2, 2014
