There are indoor gardens in the cities, as well as a lot of trees on the roofs of buildings etc. People plant fruit and vegetable plants on their balconies as well.

'Spirit of Gravity' is a term that Nietzsche uses in his book 'Thus Spake Zarathustra', and devotes a whole chapter to the concept entitled 'Of the Spirit of Gravity' (I cannot say what chapter number it is, as it varies between different versions of the book). Here is a short description of the 'Spirit of Gravity', quoted from Sparknotes.com:

Yeah, but bureaucracy does not exist here as our governmental size is as small as can be. Many things are done in the private sector and only a small section is still public. That was how the income tax could become ten percent. We're not hiding anything in the factbook, no we're not.
