President speaks of desires to form an alliance with Yalos.

Amsterdam, Tseradia. Today at 7:09 PM, President Slovodan Tarkonnovic called a press conference today to discuss possible foreign policy moves. A reporter asked him if he would consider an alliance with Yalos. President Tarkonnovic responded with "I would definately consider an alliance with Yalos. Especially do to the great work they are doing in stopping the spread of Islam in their region of Sondria. I personally would like to form a military alliance with Yalos". The Presidents remarks come as a suprise do to the fact that Tseradia has never been in a major military alliance before.

SINAGTALA -- The Trust Territory of Sinagtala was hailed as the new Filipino trust territory and the first one since the admission of FFR Philippines in the Great Republic. Questions rose regarding the mother nation of Sinagtala, either Viktorika, Livania, or FFR came about as a requirement in the political system of the GQR. Resorts and hotels started to be plotted and built, with few government facilities, with military set up bases from Sandatahang Lakas ng Pilipinas-FFR as Viktorikan and Etria-Livanian delegations propose GQR resolutions to oppose the legality of military presence of FFR in the new trust territory.

Just three months ago, the Sinagtala Government Framework had been laid down as the island's leadership system, adopting much of Filipino origin, as it owes the state's existence to the Filipino leaders at the Pacific. The Filipino Council of Government approved the framework and hosted elections for the leaders of the Sinagtala territory. However, Livanian and Viktorikan delegations of the Great Senate of the Republic saw this as exploitation of constitutional privileges, and insisted to make Sinagtala as a "trust territory", which was an untouched type of government since then.

The Trust Territory had made no clear suggestion except the technical ones, that the Filipinos are the mother nation of Sinagtala, yet the constitutional privileges of Viktorika and Livania were utilized to their ends, yet no citizens from Livania nor Viktorika are present in the territory as affiliated citizens for Sinagtala. This gave an advantage for Filipinos to be Sinagtalans, especially businessmen with high endeavors to tourism industry.

Resorts, hotels, airstrips, and small ports were started to be plotted and built, with few government facilities such as public clinics, constable stations and lighthouses to guide navigating ships and accommodate any tourist or visitor. Public offices were also present, in form of small apartment-like structures in the most populated parts of the islands. Migrant Filipinos started to enter the islands with smiles and warmness they had experienced in the Archipelago in the Pacific, with their hope to build a new home in Cabrallera.

The Sandatahang Lakas ng Pilipinas-FFR also are building naval and air bases as well to secure the area's national integrity. This alarmed the Viktorikan and Livanian delegations on their calls for the newly-acquired area to be "shared" between states "for the benefit of the Republic and its peoples". The majority of the Senate agreed upon their proposal of making it a "trust territory", instead of being an "occupied independent metropolitan district", similar to Krakow, Kaliningrad and Naples. However, a counter-proposal is still underway by a team of Filipino, New Priminsterian, Akidan, Meishoese, and Elburgshirean delegations that will aim for the "trust territory" to be under Filipino administration, but still retain its privileges for other nations, aside from Viktorika and Livania, to benefit from Sinagtala's future enterprises.

By the end of the year, the islands will be in full civilian operation as it completes both commercial and governmental projects that will accommodate higher class of tourism industry for the Philippine State and the Great Republic as a whole. It is expected that Sinagtala will be the "Quirinese gateway of Cabrallera to the rest of the domains of the Great Republic".

A massive riot between 300 armed members of the millenarian-christiano-buddhist Sacred Religion of the Heavenly Light (Tianqiao Tianming) and Scientology members has sparked in Lhompa Xigang just yesterday, and has been the latest and the most violent of the recent "december attacks" on religious minorities throughout Visvatantra and Perlaraja.

Some eyewitnesses say that the members of the Tianqiao Tianming marched towards the Scientology building in Laoba Street, armed with swords, clubs and molotov cocktails, and has said to declare "War against the cult of greed and slavery" before storming into the center, attacking and harrassing anyone in the building before other members fought back, wounding 125 and killing 3.

The current Governor of Xigang has denounced the Christmas eve riot and has declared further mobilization of police troops to prevent any future religion-related violence. The Minister of the Center and the High Priest of the Tianqiao has denied any other comment on the matter.

This riot is not the first thag has happened in the recent weeks. Last November, an extremist sect of the Holy Order pf the Children pf the Vowels (Kaatohang Kapanawaân nang Anak ni Vokales) has attacked three churches (Episcopal Church of the Pearl Islands, Catholics of Quirina, and Ecclesia Hellenica Gnostica) in Dahonlakan in Perlaraja, and another attack of the Tianqiao on a buddhst temple during the Feast of Saint Nicholas.

Ilyanograd, VIktorika -- In the shedding of the light about the Cuscatlani Tecuixin PMC, another sheds its own as one of the historical PMCs of Quirina that served more wars than the regular standing armies of other member-nations in the Great Republic known is the ONSO PMC. Closely to be state-sponsored, they opened their PMC service to mostly capitalist and socialist countries in Quirina, which made them garner more profits for conflicts Quirina enters into in all scopes.

After a rare interview with ONSO director Ivan Dalca after being asked of his thoughts on the Tecuixin PMC and other OMCs that compete for the satisfaction of their client's mindsets, he answered, "Military tradition beats customer satisfaction." He continues, saying, "ONSO had been in its prime ever since, and these companies struggle to the advanced level while focusing much on what their customer is. ONSO follows what the customer wants, regardless of what they lean into. Our service serves no purpose, but as out Corporate Founders put it, 'war creates a balance that peace cannot', which is still the premise of our company up to this day." Asked about the possibility of a merger between Arsenalium and ONSO, he gave no comment about it. The same answer goes after being asked of any possible contact or mutual agreement with Tecuixin.

Peace advocates in Namayan have made a massive demonstration and rally at Katunduhan Avenue yesterday, protesting against both the religious violence throughout the United Commonwealths and the various atrocities done in Lebanon by both parties. The protesters were all dressed in white, flying banners of the Angel of Peace (a dove holding an Olive branch). Some members of the movement came from rural areas while some are prominent religious leaders, such as Gurô Sampratayam (Lama of Pangasinan).

Leaders of the movement have also declared a new hashtag called #NoMoreBlood, calling for the end of violence within the two unrelated events. The protest is still ongoing, and this article shall cover the events from the demonstration yesterday.

Kepayaparang Konserto
By mid-noon, a concert was held by some of the musicians part of the movement, namely the band Nīr, Vincent Gayung, Ampara! and Alestvo and Mïr, which was livestreamed through various sites such as DancingLotion.net and microvlog/blogging site CosMos, garnering millions of views after an hour. Other artists involved were the Traditional band Devadevi.

Kayadan Mahawa denounces Cuscatlan and TECUIXIN, Singara Liao denounces the Phil. Bayan
In 3:00 PM, Visvari time, vocal anti-conservative Kayadan Mahawa and DPP councillor Singara Liao stepped up the stage (along with companions) and has voiced out their sentiments on the Lebanon crisis, declaring both Gran Cuscatlan and the Philippine Bayan as "Invaders in their own right", calling for both foreign parties to leave Lebanon and dismantle the Cuscatlan Backed (?) government in order for a democratic one.

One of the statements of Mahawa stood up against the rest of the speeches. "The People who advocate death", Mahawa says, "is the people who profit from it. Out there, people are being murdered by self righteous mercenaries [TECUIXIN] because they are paid by a government that wants them dead for their own means. These mercenaries get profit out of the death of innocents. They are the ones who feed the fuel of injustice. If anyone with me wants to speak up against them, we must join in solidarity for the end of this. Mercy of heaven bless this earth, thank you."

Future
There has been no call for the stopping of the demonstration by the central government and the city council. However, the Datu of Namayan, Bahirawa Timawa, has announced that "any sign of violent/counterproductive behavior shall result in the jeopardization of the movement". The protesters, on the other hand has agreed on the ruling, but declares that thry shall never leave until there is #NoMoreBlood.

CRONTOR-QUIRINA TREATY EXPIRE AFTER RANZA
Constitution: "Treaties expire after a Curule President signed it under his name, and not of the nation's."

VILLA QUIRINI -- It was in the term of Amadeo Ranza that Crontorian treaties expressed their intent to create and solidify their maritime prowess and projection that had been a tradition in Sondria for longer span of years, but the Constitution itself had no intention to retain these as it ruled more than that of a sovereign's signed documents, as National Assembly, the overall government of the Great Republic, and the Supreme Civil Court, which interprets the Constitution as its final level. This was proven understood by statesmen in Quirina as they enter the field of international politics and diplomacy, and considered a filter to remove "unhealthy" relations with other nations who might exploit their diplomatic connections for lesser purposes unrelated to national interest.

Treaties signed outside the Quirinese mainland, regardless of the location where the treaty was signed being a territory, are not included as permanent treaties acknowledged by the Constitution, regardless of it being favored or disliked by the National Assembly. This premise was taken by early legislators as part of creation and reform of diplomatic affairs of the Quirina republic since the Directorate's close-door policy back in 2000s. Until now, several treaties had been thrown out of system as part of Quirina's maintenance of loyal friends and less of traitors, as how the Quirinese diplomats put it.

With the system, the treaty is incorporated to the Curule President's term, therefore, the treaty will expire as the President's term does so. This was to avoid any future discrepancy for the next administration. To add up and solidify this, the treaty signed between Crontor and Quirina was only concerning in the regional politics, not of the whole GQR's expanse. Also, the treaty was signed hastily that even made Ranza rushed to sign it to quell any tension in his administration's actions, and such haste never considered the approval of the National Assembly, not even of the Great Senate to a lesser extent. Thus, the treaty is bound to be trashed along with Ranza's end of term. Another concern is the signatory of the treaty--non other than Ranza himself, without any review from the Senate or any part of the National Assembly, which sides it [the treaty] to be bound to last until the 30th of December, the founding year of the Nation and inauguration of the new President of Quirina.

Political analysts in general agreed to the system as a step to retain loyalties Quirina garnered outside its doors. Although its disadvantage is the lack of consistency of national foreign policy that might concern much more important matters addressed and might be able to cope up with the challenges of modern politics. This was disproved by pro-administration partisans as an opposition point of view, blaming their inexperience and lack of understanding to the nature of politics and rely on ideological points and their relentless radical cry for change, which was vague enough for no action was promised for it to happen.

As the election week is in its silent period, where candidates are debating each other to please the intelligent public, discussion of whether the next President will be focusing on internal or external matters at hand as newer brand of threats are underway, especially that international politics highly demand attention and need decisive actions for them.

President Carter Announces New Security Initiatives Amid Quirinian Concerns

Vienna- During a press conference held today in the Crontorian Federal Building, President Carter announced a series of new defense initiatives that according to the President will ‘strengthen and enforce collective regional security.’ During the course of his remarks, President Carter praised the Sondrian Regional Council for its success in finding a peaceful solution to the conflict in Alkharania and declared a continued Crontorian commitment to the process of Jagite and Yalosii rebuilding. Recent news out of Quirinia caught the attention of the assembled Press Corps as President Cranico was asked about Crontorian plans regarding the recent Quirinian announcement of the voiding of the Vicin Bay Security Accords.

Following the declaration of Crontorian sovereignty in the Ocronian Sea which sits between Beblis and the Crontorian mainland, the nation of Quirinia saw fit to follow suit with their own territorial claims, declaring the whole of the Vicin Bay in Aerus to belong to the nation of Quirinia. Citing concerns about the continued presence of Crontorian military bases sitting on the bay, the Imperial Federation sat down with the Quirinians in bilateral talks to discuss the status of military forces and maritime activity within Vicin Bay. The conclusion of the talks were seen as favorable to both nations as Crontorian claims to the Ocronian Sea were recognized and both nations committed themselves to the security of Vicin Bay.

“The Imperial Federation is committed to the security of not just Vicin Bay, but the entirety of Aerus,” said President Carter in his press conference this morning, “we do not understand the motivations of our counterparts in Quirinia for cancelling a treaty that has encouraged positive ties between our nations, but we do not speak on their behalf. As far as the Imperial Federation is concerned, the agreements brought about by the treaty are still in effect and will continue to stay in effect. Crontorian vessels, both civilian and military, will continue to operate in Vicin Bay for they have every right to be there. Any hostile action taken against vessels registered to the Imperial Federation will be seen as an act of war and those responsible punished for their foolish actions.”

President Carter went on to highlight the agreements between the Imperial Federation and the Sa’vahanese Federation regarding the continued presence of CAF deployments within Yalos and the joint security measures to be undertaken by both nations. While the majority of CAF units currently stationed in Yalos will be withdrawing in the coming months, the Imperial Federation will be opening a series of bases within Yalos to ensure the continued security of the nation. A pair of airbases are to be opened in the cities of Fusil and Shizeftzi while the Imperial Federation will be constructing naval bases in the cities of Su’kottoui, Syotograd, and Kyotolkai. This comes on the heels of the recent announcement from Federal International Development Agency of an $800 billion Credit aid package to be spent in Jagis and Yalos for the purposes of rebuilding the infrastructure and security forces of both nations. The Federal International Service Corps working with the State Logistics Division, both of whom are already on the ground in Jagis, have announced that they are making progress with the distribution of aid and relief supplies to needy populations within Jagis and have overseen the reinstitution of local elected governments in Jagite cities. Trainers from the Combat Coordination Agency of the Ministry of Defense are also being deployed to assist in the training and reorganization of the Jagite National Guard which the Ministry of Defense has already promised to equip with excess weapons from Reserve Forces Storage Command.

Also confirmed following passage by the Imperial Congress was the annexation of territories in Anthlon. With the signature of President Carter, the Ondorian Sea Strategic Security Agreement saw the islands of Anthlon split between the Elder Republic of Erjunhuf, Dominions of Deusaeuri, and the Imperial Federation of Crontor. The Ministry of Defense has long had a public interest in the sparsely populated islands which offer the Imperial Federation a strategic base in the far north of the region.

DEL VAL WINS SECOND TERM

VILLA QUIRINI -- After a week's election, the new successor of Amadeo Ranza as the Curule President had been named, and it was a surprise for most of the political personalities that such man of influence won the election with a pioneering credential: a former first president of a former government was elected again president now elected by majority, with an almost flawless system, and without coercion, which in the history of Quirinese politics had never happened. The newly-elected Curule President and former Grand Federation President and His Excellent Generalissimo Victorio del Val had been seen by most people as fit leader for the occasion that Quirina's peak is being achieved, even with the fact that del Val himself did not want to return to politics, not even filing his candidacy, and was being forwarded by the people to be candidate via civilian (citizen) referendum.

Del Val was known for his nickname "Devil" for his ruthless repression of Communist elements in Quirina, which weakened most of the Viktorikan political figureheads in the Senate back then, even though Del Val himself restored the Senate and the structure that now the Great Republic uses. Aside from being a staunch anti-communist was his expansionist policies that invigorated the foreign policy and relations of the Republic that was once rested and silenced by the NPC Communists. Later on, these same Communists will erupt Viktorika into a civil war which lasted for months, that ended to their eventual demise and cowardice they will suffer for longer generations, longer on how the Soviet Union and DPRK had prevailed combined.

There were a lot of concerns at hand and one of which is the territorial integrity it stands for at the Vicin Bay and Naltulo Ocean. Yesterday, the Crontorian Armed Forces announced the deployment of their Southern Command from SRC Islands cruising south to Vicin Bay directly. Considering the treaty expired at this day, this is, by diplomatic experts, a straightforward act of war with no conventional declarations needed. Another concern is the decolonization of the Philippine Bayan, which some of the Quirinese nations are at focus at, especially the hand of refuge given to Romanian citizens who fled their homeland to organize countryside armed groups and liberate their country from the repressive Terten regime.

In his inaugural speech, with a few highlights from the official transcript, he mentioned important points of his agenda for his seven-year platform, called "Raaspublikmuvimuneto":

"The country is tied with too many traitors and I, as the leader of the Muvimuneto, must cleanse them out of Quirina's way, whatever it takes, for as long we are righteous in our ways. For long, we had endured the struggles of time and the challenges of the world, yet we still prevail, because our resilience stands as one true country of ideals and flexibility. Look at our Crontorian neighbors. They are a good example of liberty and freedom, they truly are free of their will. And so we are as well. They cannot give us freedom, if we can create it and share it among other nations of the world. Remember, I said I will create a Himalayas of my enemies' skulls. It is no threat, but a reality they will face if they come to our waters, to our shores and cowardly march on our lands and tell to the world how powerful they are. No wonder these cowards do not seek for peace, nor for freedom, but as what they are as savage beasts and vultures who eat the carcasses of their cowardice.

Many are asking me what to do with the Crontorians. Many are asking what will be the outcome of the decolonization of the Terten Regime. These are all answerable by the past historical context that Quirina undertook during my former administration. I am to brag that under my command, the Freedom Air Wing and Freedom Admiralty had been formed to protect the assets of the Quirinese republic overseas and teach nations proper respect to their ideological positions, in layman's term, telling them of their proper place. People of Quirina, you demanded back then their destruction, and now, we are in greater ties with their domains. I still salute the endurance of the Great Korean Empire until now, and being one of our Brother-States, I am very grateful of their perseverance to the last. Let us not forget the Germanians who had been our long-standing allies in the midst of having Europe back then plunged into a two-pronged chaos, and with their diplomatic initatives, our two countries prevailed peaceful and cooperative. Also, our TAMA allies are still in greater touch to reality and will not allow the further destruction of our Great Republic, and remember, it was last year that the Kylarnatians almost tried to swallow our nation's integrity wholly. And now, we have our newer diplomatic prowess in heating mechanism, the Santiago Anti-Communist Treaty members, who helped us evolved our Raaspublik's might and supremacy as our Etria-Livanian Nation affiliates itself with such deemed nations. If they dare to step with no proper papers in our lands, and swim to our seas with no permission, they will know these... up-close and personal, even to their doorsteps if necessary. I have now answered your question and leave it to that."

Asking the AFGQR of its actions towards the response it will give, it gave no comment, but according to their spokesperson Dalatryan Brigadier General Ahano Bisbane, "the commander-in-chief, the Supreme President and Generalissimo Victorio Del Val shall give the initial orders for any threat that will be seen in the Vicin Bay, at the Quirinese area only and not of the whole, as it is a clear negative move one nation can blindly take like what our Crontorian counterparts did, and as it was and has been the uttermost place of conflict now that the Crontorian treaty has been trashed completely and cannot be enforced in the new administration." Being asked of his opinion of what could have Crontor did, he mentions that "they should have made a diplomatic approach of the concern of they cannot understand firsthand. Our Constitution has clearly said it, that treaties undersigned by the President without the National Assembly's approval will be bound with the term itself to expire. Is it not easy to understand? I am now doubting of these freedom-loving Crontorians of what their nature really is, if they are humans still or animals and scavengers willing to be killed and be hunted. More than that, we will not compromise to any foreign will, regardless. Crogden Questions Quirinian Rhetoric

Crontorian Naval Exclusionary Zone, Sondrian Capital Islands- Amid rising tensions in Vicin Bay off of the continent of Aerus, the Crontorian Armed Forces announced today intentions to bolster Southern Command by redeploying units to bases across the region. The news of the planned movements come as new leadership in Quirinia seems content with challenging years of Crontorian naval operations in Aerus. Initially drawn down during the course of the wars in Alkharania, Crontorian units are destined to return to bases across Deusaeuri, New Samarinda, and the Sondrian Capital Islands to join the Crontorian forces already stationed there. These units will work alongside friendly navies in the region to continue ensuring Aerian security.

Speaking earlier while on a tour of the Naval Exclusionary Zone, Supreme Commander Crogden laid out Crontorian plans and intentions regarding Aerus in the coming years. Ever since the destruction wrought by the Plague War on the Sondrian Capital Islands, the Imperial Federation has been the only nation to station a sizable military presence in the islands. Ever since, we have pushed time and time again for peaceful solutions to our region's problems and while we have not always been able to solve every problem by diplomacy, we have played an integral role in deciding the outcome of this region's major incidents. With the conclusion of the war in Yalos by negotiated terms, we must continue to encourage and protect the work of the Sondrian Regional Council and that is why the the Imperial Federation has, will, and plans to continue its steadfast defense of these islands and the good work of the Sondrian Regional Council."

Labor Exploitations Lead to Suspension of Chancellor Quel

Due to recent riots over labor exploitations within the Samari Republic, the Federal Council has forthwith suspended all governmental powers of Chancellor Ithera Quel. Quel, aiming to raise privatization of government owned industries within the country, failed to observe the detrimental impacts of her policies.

Laborers in the Samari Republic have been working tireless hours with little pay. Workers from the lumber industry, the cocoa industry and fishing industry have all been affected. Many of the raw materials are extracted in the Samari Republic by companies based in Veruntia (Newland) in order to be shipped to the cities of Veruntia for processing. The processed goods are used to satisfy the demanding wants of Pitoir’s elite citizens. The riots have created discord within the Confederation. The Samari people no longer trust Newlanders, and Newlanders think lowly of Samaris. The Federal Council has found Chancellor Quel at fault, and granting sole governmental power to itself, leaving Chancellor Quel the title of Head of State. The Council, made up of six members, each hailing from their elected province, has now tasked itself with finding peace in such discord. These six honorable men and women have quite the mess to clean up after the failure of the once promising Ithera Quel. Since the decision, which was made last Saturday, Chancellor Quel has left the country to attend a small diplomatic retreat in pristine beach town of Yu’vira within the Grand Yalosii Federation.

Council Criticizes Quirina

Federal Council Disapproves of Recent Election of Dal Vel

After recent elections in The Great Republic of Quirina, newly elected Dal Vel has taken power. Dal Vel, an open anti-communist, aims to rid his newly acquired nation of all things representing communistic ideals. Some Republics within the Great Republic have been resisting, however, Dal Vel is gaining control over troubled areas. More recently, Dal Vel has denounced Crontor’s use of naval tactics near Vicin Bay. These outrageous claims come from the dissolution of a treaty between the two nations. The Imperial Federation already maintains various naval bases on Aerus, including three within the Confederation. The Federal Council approves of Crontorian action. Although there is a Crontorian presence in the area,the Council fears for future peace on Aerus due to the newly elected Dal Vel. Aerus is not known for being a volatile location, however Dal Vel, a possible wild card, may change this. The Federal Council is holding an emergency meeting to discuss how they should react to Dal Vel’s general threats toward the region. The Confederation, an increasingly liberal nation, is on its toes while the Council decides any further action concerning the tumultuous situation occurring in the neighboring country.

VILLA QUIRINI -- Facing few prejudices from abroad, the now-called "tinpot dictator" had made his few clear points in his latest interview about the actions and comments from Crontor and New Samarinda, especially with regards to internal politics and the defense initiatives of the Great Republic in the part of the Sondrian region.

According to him, "Crontor does not respect 'sovereign territorial integrity' when enforcing their 'security measures'. I also applaud their efforts in maintaining peace in the region, but this has nothing to do with regards to the territorial matters of my country. Whenever you are not allowed to step over in our country, expect no warm welcome from below, at surface and above. Their taunts were completely uncalled for, especially if you are a country with a lot of war crimes and call it 'freedom's cause' as a best way to put it. Unfortunately, on how anti-Crontorian critics put it, the "bastard America" of Sondria sees that their actions have dark motives, even to the extent of not respecting territorial rights in the region."

Showing to us the map of the claim of the Quirinese in the Vicin Bay, he was clearly emphasizing the borderline contrary to what others might have thought as an aggressive move of the Great Republic, which is claiming the whole Bay disregarding the neighbors' respect. "Within this lines, we had secured our maritime presence, conducted monthly naval exercises and gave brutal agreements with piracy there, resulting to the drastic loss of any crime within the area. I think there was no mention of any Crontorian, not even a piece of cloth, of their presence as we did all the work in maintaining security within our waters, yet they boast that they keep security in the region. Very sarcastic actually."

He also answered the part where he was both disapproved by Crontor and New Samarinda in his first day of election as "tinpot dictator". "The fact that I do not want to serve a second term, was it my fault that our Quirinese media is so open and our government so transparent that the people are the ones themselves choose their leader? I didn't want to run for candidacy, but the fact that the people want a strong leader, they issued a referendum to force me to be their next president by being a candidate, it was a good call to answer. Funny enough that neither Crontorian nor Samarindan cannot answer the demand of the Quirinese citizenry when it comes to standards of living alone, yet they only have the mouth to complain, but no hand to work about their lack of self-dependence, like what each nation in Quirina practices. What dictator is he if he was being forced by his people to be their leader? It's ironice to call me a dictator. Why 'coz I'm wearing a uniform? I'm in active duty, they can't dictate me with their stereotypes, because I don't give a f*** on those babies whining everyday of any changes around here." Answering the threat from the Crontorians, he mentions, "I think one of those who challenged Quirina back in the Imperial Republic days was nation of Milograd. There were no more news about our Dh'arconian counterparts in Gholgoth after the Yutzkil atomic bombing, until now."

Reading past the histories of the interordinate relations between Perlaraja and her immediate circle of diplomatic allies and "frenemies" we can say that Perlaraja is quite a nomad outside the United Commonwealths, the kind of friend at the group who does something small in contribution, yet keeps a good standing within the group (while silently watching the group have their shenanigans lead them to a particular fate). From the Thalassic/Potala Wars, The Red Insurrection, and the Confluence, the kingdom has seen a lot to say suffice, much like a similar one, particularly one of the only two nations that Perlaraja regards as "Cousins and Counterparts": The Phillipine Bayan, particularly known in the Interordinate world stage as Asigna.

Like Perlaraja, Asigna is also a nomad, after the end of the first Axis (SACTO's predecessor), Asigna quickly clinged onto a few of Axis' child alliances, then moves to other alliances some time after, until the Bayan, Perlaraja, Flardania, Valaran, Mugen Teikoku and Huda decided to make an alliance of their own. However, unlike Perlaraja, Asigna wasn't quite the same diplomat as Perlaraja. Asigna is a power-player. He managed to make an overseas empire akin to the old victorian European and Messenian powers, and has tried to recreate Axis until the primal ascendancy of SACTO. But even still, like Perlaraja he mantained a good standing within his circles.

But somehow, as the "Rainbow Year" draws to a close, Erin Terten's reputation might go downhill along with his nation, and probably, his citizens in the process.

Recently, Asigna has entered a war against a prominent SACTO member, Gran Cuscatlan, and Lebanon, consolidating his power in the Western Sector of his holdings overseas (particularly Romania). And to make matters worse, much of the nations in his side begins to threaten him in the most drastic way within the Bayan's interordinal history: to give up all his territories in europe and beyond, else destruction of his forces and execution of Filipino POWs be executed jointly by pro-Lebanon forces. This is quite the predicament, comparing this to the country's last bouts in Myanmar (fair enough, Terten's current bout in Lebanon was regarded as "Terten needing a second Burma" by his adversaries).

Recently, as the chaos of the middle east intensifies in full force, another thing happened: Asigna's european colonies looks like it wants revolution and freedom. To make matters worse, one of Terten's officials have been executed for accusations of conspiring a coup-d'état. And taking full control of Romania. This means something, isn't it?

And now, as recent news of Asigna supposedly supporting the insurgent "National Liberation Movement" (and a bunch of Islamist Jihadis), relations are getting sour between Flardania, Perlaraja and Asigna. Recent Punch posts reveal that His Majesty Vardhanahari V has denounced Terten online, and Flardania looking at Asigna as a threar to the Pacific, and his recent attitudes have shown that the growing sourness shall not simmer down like the June Crisis, the possibility that our country might pull away from his connections to Asigna, and his other buddies do the same.

And recently, the most logical position for us is to do so, since in his recent situation might give him to need some desperate measures.

As the Philippine Bayan rides the roller coaster with his allies and enemies, chances are Asigna might need a new coffee club.

Imperial Federation Offers Radar and Satellites to Quirina ‘To Help Them Find Crontorian Military Units In Vicin Bay’

Southern Command has been placed on alert following recent threats.

Echeron- While touring the nation’s largest naval base earlier today, President Carter announced intentions to carry through with planned war games involving the Dominions of Deusaeuri and the Federation of New Samarinda. This comes despite recent threats and claims made by the Quirinan Republic regarding the cessation of treaties signed with the Imperial Federation and a reassertion of maritime claims in the area known as Vicin Bay. With the election of a leader who has promised to build ‘mountains of skulls’, the Imperial Federation and other powers have been quick to condemn these rash statements and unrecognized claims. While Crontorian civilian and military vessels operating in Vicin Bay have yet to report any aggressive Quirinan, the Crontorian Armed Forces has announced that Southern Command has been placed on alert.

Speaking to assembled officials and officers, Carter had strong words for the Quirinan Republic and their newly elected leader, “Now, the Imperial Federation is in the habit of dealing with first rate powers, nations that matter in the grand scheme of regional relations. Now Quirina at best is a second rate power which makes them a little below our level of care. Many would question this evaluation of Quirinan prowess, but I ask this of critics, how does a first world, modern nation lack the observational and surveillance capabilities to remain completely ignorant of our naval activities that have been taking place in Vicin Bay for decades.”

“We have long had strong ties to both the Dominions of Deusaeuri and the Federation of New Samarinda and regularly partner with both nations to conduct naval exercises meant to further strengthen ties and cooperation between our nations. In both nations, we operate military bases, totaling seven between the two. Now I have seen the Quirinan claims and they extend far beyond what is necessary or normal for any nation. What the Imperial Federation finds most striking is that much of the territory included in the supposed claims involves oceans through which the Crontorian Armed Forces regularly travels and conducts exercises.”

“In light of the apparent lack of Quirinan ability to survey and maintain real time intelligence about the status of foreign vessels in Vicin Bay, we would like to offer the Quirinans one of the 20th century's some of the most marvelous inventions, radar and satellites. Using these tools, the Imperial Federation has long protected its shores and monitored naval activity across the world. We hope that a donation of radars from the Imperial Federaion can help the Quirinan Republic do the same.”

President Announces Formal Occupation, Annexation of Caisleán and Theas Islands
Also Addresses the Unfolding Vicin Bay Crisis

CARTHAGE, ERJUNHUF:

Addressing both houses of Parliament in a postwar report, President Kyra Blackridge today officially confirmed that the Grand Army of the Elder Republic had indeed occupied both Caisleán and Theas Island, with the full intention of formally annexing both of them as official territory of the Elder Republic at the "next possible and most expedient vote this Parliament deems fit for this issue." Citing security concerns for Erjunhite troops currently stationed in Yalos, as well as recommendations made by the Ministry of Defense in their analyzation of Erjunhite shortcomings in the aftermath of the Jagis War, both islands will serve as supply stations and forward operating bases for all current and future Erjunhite military maneuvers centered around the center or western coast of the greater Sondrian region, as well as acting as a "first-line of defense against any attack coming from the heart of Sondria".

According to an anonymous source in the Ministry of Defense, Caisleán Island, the largest island in the northern Anthlon chain, will act as the largest Melegean owned and operated forward operating base, and will house a minimum of three Erjunhite naval fleets at any one time; Theas Island, located off the coast of Epraria and Iohann, will act primarily as a supply base but will also be home to at least two Erjunhite fleets of their own. Both seizures were communicated by the Erjunhite Navy to any nearby parties, in order not to alarm anyone unnecessarily. While the occupation and likely annexation of these two islands hardly ranks among the largest or most extravagant in the history of Sondria, they represent the first territorial seizures made by the Elder Republic in over a century, and a clear shift towards a more internationally-active footing by the Blackridge administration.

President Blackridge also addressed the controversy regarding Quirina and the Vicin Bay, which in recent days has flared up to be an international crisis, and condemned the Quirinese government for causing such an unnecessary dilemma. "For years, the agreement made between the Imperial Federation and Quirina has kept peace in the bay; now, for seemingly no reason, that agreement has been shattered thanks to odd mechanics within the Quirinese constitution. While this would ordinarily be an easy enough fix, their unwillingness and, quite frankly, belligerence in their refusal to correct their current course ." Kyra also noted that while comparisons between the Quirinese claims over the Vicin Bay and the Melegean Channel crisis of years past were somewhat valid, the Erjunhite claim had not violated the EEZ, or exclusive economic zone, of any other nation in their claim, as the Quirinese government "has so flagrantly done."

After her speech to Parliament, when asked by members of the press whether or not the Elder Republic would become an active participant in the event the crisis reached a critical tipping point, "The smallest pups often think themselves the fiercest wolves: should the Quirinese government be contemplating whether an attack on our ally is a wise move, know that the Elder Republic will steadfastly defend our ally in the event a broader conflict is initiated."

VILLA QUIRINI -- In another open interview, the former Supreme President of the Grand Federation and the newly-elected Curule President, Generalissimo Victorio del Val, had reemphasized his main points from his last interview with the media groups about the escalation of tensions between the Imperial Federation and the Great Republic in the military presence reitereated in the Vicin Bay.

According to the State Chancellor of GQR and President of the Philippine State Juan Antonio Paz, he cleared that no entity, organization or individual was threatened in the words of del Val, except those who present themselves as enemies of the Great Republic.

"Treaties were legitimately ceased that was all undersigned by Ranza, but such are given a chance to be reaffirmed but, we are now doubtful that if such can continue from the level of pressure Crontor brought to this small incursion we had always agreed upon before, which we cannot understand why military interdiction is the first option they chose among peaceful ones." Paz mentioned about the comment of the Magistracy in giving Crontor a chance for small peace.

"The National Assembly, even Del Val himself, does not give a sexual act about the neighborly leaders' opinions since its failed proposition to the Regional Council to prevent and deter pseudo-Communist nations to enter the Region was failed to be addressed and now that Quirina is making a step forward for its integrity, they have the guts to complain? Otherwise, if Deusaeuria is truly an "Aerus-first" state, we will see how they will react to this whole fiasco that Crontor intentionally misunderstood to create a fuss he cannot juice out of Alkharanian lands. They're thirsty, and must a man be filled of his thirst for blood?"

"The past treaty never questioned the right of Crontor for Ocronian Sea yet questions Quirina's for Vicin Bay, which is illogical, idiotic, unnecessary, unfair and stupid while the pride of being a regional power wrested on them. I am having sincere doubts that the region was once stable when Crontor gave no damn about anything, but the reality was the contrary, as (on how anti-Crontorian sentiments had put it) the "Crond*ck" is everywhere seen in the region. For some reason, anti-Crontorians wanted the region's name "Sondria" be renamed as "Crontogenitalium" as a satirical move about Crontor's power in Sondria as "sensitive and gets made when touched", 'like how a d*ck always does', as the anti-Crontorians put it."

"We are also certainly aware of the activities of Crontorian Navy in other parts of Vicin Bay since the treaty was signed, but we are enforcing our presence as part of the Treaty we both had agreed upon. Concerning our perspective and as the Treaty is gone, we see that the responsibility in securing the Vicin Bay from external threats is wrested to the Quirinese military now, and while Crontor saw this as a"dick move" against them, we cannot adjust to their expectations as they had gave us a pressure almost nearing to a state of war, as what these barbaric Crontorians really are."

About the offer of Crontor of radars and satellites of the 20th century, "Thanks but no thanks. We had launched a newer satellite system for the 21st and 22nd century, capable of seeing the clearest of detail that we can use for operational planning and surveillance assessments, considering the Crontorian surveillance as 'Google-ish'. Also, the Office of Security and Harmony of the Nation (OSHAN) does it job well in keeping everything, literally, in check and proper watch, especially in the Vicin Bay crisis." Paz states.

"Well, if it's an issue with how they see it (the defense initative) and cannot understand it (the homeland Constitution), it's not our problem, but theirs. If they are keeping their ignorance to our take on the matter consistent, we will understand it, but will not take it as an excuse to their every action they commit, especially when you push concerns for the "Crontogenitalian Regional Council"."

"For Erjunhite government's concern and condemnation, the EEZs are still respected, only that the military presence is escalated considering that the treaty that binds Crontor and Quirina has expired after a new presidency was elected, and can be re-applied, but I'm doubtful it can be possible at this scale of pressure Crontor applied firsthand. Yes, indeed, the smallest pups think themselves as fierce wolves, but the fiercest of wolves can be as cowardly as pups if they don't see the whole picture if they are barking the wrong tree, which Crontor may do if he continues its encroachment to our sovereign territorial waters."

Speaking to German students and faculty members at a conference on international relations held at the University of Hamburg, Reich Minister Balck took the opportunity to expound at length on the recent Quirinese-Crontorian conflict that has threatened the Southern Sondrian region with the prospect of all-out war while at the same time articulating the official response of the Reich Government towards the recent spate of events.

Tensions had flared between the nation-states of Quirina and Crontor over the announcement of the Quirinese government's voiding of the Vicin Bay Security Accords, which was promptly followed by both powers trading angry diplomatic barbs with one another while deploying increasing numbers of military assets to the disputed areas.

Responding to further questions by a few journalists covering the conference, Reich Minister Balck also stressed that the Reich Government is working to bring about a diplomatic settlement to the recent Quirinese-Sondrian dispute and is actively engaged in "bringing both parties to the diplomatic table".

"We are in contact with both governments of the two parties involved and are seeking to encourage them to begin bilateral negotiations in order to seek out a peaceful solution to this crisis. I cannot say anything more beyond that but let it be clear that we intend to exhaust all peaceful options first in response to this crisis. This brutal and unmitigated attack that has left 57 dead and 134 wounded was allegedly committed by Islamist extremists from the Islamic National Front, a radical Timarian separatist group that has been illegal in Rustonia since its formation in 1982. An anonymous spokesperson for the Islamic National Front has declared that:

"The sixty years of bloodshed and oppression waged against the Timarian people by the infidel Rustonian socialist regime is coming to an end. Our martyrs have given their lives on this day to strike a blow at the Great Satan in Shambhala, and will bring it to its knees soon."

A spokesperson for the National People's Police declined to make a statement yet, though an anonymous source with the Ministry of the Interior has told us that it is generally believed that the Islamic National Front is responsible. A directive from Minister of the Interior Bagrat Wazridi has ordered the National Security Police to remain on high alert throughout Rustonia, and the Special Security Apparatus Section 04 - Interior Security Troops has reportedly begun to mobilize in the southeastern Timarian provinces in response to a potential insurrection.

A premier directive from the Political Bureau Central Committee has declared a ten day period of mourning for the victims of today's atrocity, and has vowed to crush with the utmost force any group of barbarians who would do such a thing. The People's Assembly is currently convened in an emergency session of how to respond to the situation.

Carthage, Erjunhuf It all occurred in the jungles of Marquesan where a small village had been raided by Marquesan security forces following reports of terrorist like activity. A force of almost thirty Gendarmerie officers participated in the raid and as they moved to apprehend their suspects, gunfire broke out as the suspected Jihadists engaged them in a gunfight having automatic assault rifles and grenades. The Gendarmerie responded in kind as within the two minutes that the gun fight took place for, two Gendarmerie officers we're killed and one critically injured but expected to survive. Ten jihadists were killed in the raid with another five escaping back into the jungles. The Gendarmerie had recently begun a initiative to stop terrorist activity which could possibly harm the lives of civilians or present a hazard for the government its self.

The Shogunate has also looked to increasing it's security measures regarding incoming flights from Mahdah. Abdul Al-Jazeera was a Crontori originally from The Imperial Federation but immigrated to Mahdah like hundreds of others who were oppressed by the coming of Crontorian High Culture which deemed religions such as Islam not compatible and encouraged all Muslims to leave or face criminal charges. The possible threat of Crontori extremists carrying out attacks and pretending to be of Crontorian origin is a high security hazard the Shogunate faces and is trying to quell. Abdul Al-Jazeera is one of several commanders from the Islamic Revolutionary Army a splinter group of the now defunct Al Hafa organization which based a cell deep in the jungles of Marquesan for possible future planned attacks.

Ju’tozzo, Yalos Today, in a spectable of jubilant celebration, Ju’tozzan Yalosii were reunited with their mainland Sa’vahannese comrades after a ground-breaking political deal was signed between the Adeptus Communis of Rustonia, the Sa’vahannese Eyukate Federatsii and the Marqeusas after long hours of discussion. In the end, a deal was signed for the transfer of weapons, basing rights, cash and territory. Thousands of uniformed soldiers and hundreds of new T-2 Eyuka Combat Systems were paraded through the streets of Ju’tozzo as citizens celebrated the transfer of Marquesas Province, Lorraine, to the control of the Sa’vahanese Eyukate Federatsii, with a number of other provisions.

Ayamai Ku, the Shoyo of the Sa’vahannese Eyukate Federatsii, in a conference regarding the deal, said that she was particularly pleased by the outcome. “When our people lost Ju’tozzo to the Shogunate, nobody quite expected to ever win it back. We were determined to fight for it, but anybody with half a brain realized that there was no way that we could defeat the Shogunate in an armed conflict. I’m quite pleased that we managed to reunite with our countrymen in a peaceful resolution between three great, benevolent states. I hope that this deal brings our nations closer together, and fosters peace in Sondria.”

The deal in question, signed Yesterday at 11:23 PM in Rustonian time, called for the transfer of 30 trillion Rustonian woolongs (approximately 75 trillion NSD) to the Shogunate’s treasury, (which has not yet announced what it intends to do with the money) after which the Prefecture of Lorraine fell under the jurisdiction of the Sa’vahannese Seven-Hundredth and Twelth Motorized Rifle Army. In addition, the Rustonian government would see a non-specified, long term lease for its military bases in Sa’vahanese Territory, and would instruct the leaders of Zeikla to submit to Sa’vahanese authority, ending the state’s decade of autonomy, and returning it to Sa’vahnnese control. Finally, the Sa’vahnnese and Rustonian states agreed to open free trade between one another, striking down barriers to economic cooperation and growth.

The deal left all involved parties pleased, and hopefully can foster positive relations between the Shogunate, Rustonia and Sa’vahanna. Within Sa’vahanna itself, approval for both the Marquesas and Rustonia climbed dramatically, reaching 82% and 93% respectively. “It’s a wonderful day,” Lieutenant Pokuii Meshika told SRNN, after the deal had been signed. “It shows you that miracles really can happen. We used to curse the Marquesas, but now, I am truly appreciative of their generosity in returning our land and people. One day, all Yalosii land will be returned, and we will all enjoy the fruits of modernization and friendship.”

Ţaybah, Zeikla Protests erupted in the city of Taybah in the small nation of Zeikla over the announcement from the Yalosii media that the decade long autonomy granted to Zeikla was now over. Hundreds to possibly thousands of Zeiklans took to the streets of Taybah and held a peaceful protest and march through the streets. Signs with slogans written primarily in Zeiklan called for the Yalosii to give them their autonomy back while other slogans even encouraged secession from Yalos in response to it's loss of autonomy. Zeikla has been a relatively peaceful small country situated in the middle of several countries such as Zammora, Yalos and Senera. Military bases of the Yalosii Army and even the Rustonians are present in it's soil due to long time basing agreements. The protests were even directed to Zeikla's government and why they would let their autonomy be taken away without so much as a complaint as many protesters feel that the Zeiklan government 'gave away' their freedom.

The protests lasted for two hours before the sudden appearance of tanks of Yalosii origin. Protesters we're immediately dispersed by the tanks who drove towards the protesters trying to scare them away. Two people we're critically injured when they we're hit by a tank that was backing up to make a turn down a intersection. The Yalosii Military or government we're not available for comments by SPO reporters. Interviews with protesters who we're their in the streets of Taybah had said that tanks would not stop them from peacefully expressing their distaste of the loss of autonomy. Videos wen't viral on the internet showing the tanks dispersing protesters and even the incident that left two people critically wounded. Zeiklans have taken to social media to further display their opinions toward their loss of autonomy with posts such as " #DOWN WITH THE NEW SELOS REGIME", "#AUTONOMY NOW!", "FREEDOM FROM OPPRESSION".

Protests have also been planned to occur in other cities within Zeikla in support and solidarity of the protests in Taybah. The large Muslim community have also conducted it's own protests and rallies against the loss of autonomy and Yalos its self. A separate protest that was on the other side of Taybah away from the main protest involved hundreds of Muslims waving a assortment of flags and slogans also singing songs in protest of recent events. A short interview with the organizer of the protest was made and this was what he said,

"It's become obvious since the fall of Selos Manikato that this new islamophobic regime wants to oppress Muslims in Yalos and now in Zeikla. Where will they go next to oppress Islam?, Mahdah?, Haraan?. The mis-treatment of the Muslim community and their making as second class citizens needs to end, the consequences will be not favorable for Yalos or Zeikla."

Already condemnations of the suppression of peaceful protests has been made against Yalos. The Mahdavian government issued it's condemnation against Yalos for the suppression of peaceful protests and urged the government in Kuvino to cease it's current use of the military to stop protests. It has yet to be known what the rest of the international community will react and what will be the next steps for the people in Zeikla.

Jagis Reconstruction Continues; Permanent Crontorian Troop Presence Unclear

Jole- Earlier today, the Federal International Service Corps of the Crontorian Ministry of State held a press conference in Jagisville to discuss the ongoing reconstruction process now underway in the remnants of the nation of Jagis. Since the conclusion of the Jagite-Yalosii War which was sparked by the Yalosii invasion of Jagis, the Imperial Federation has worked closely with the Sondrian Regional Council to provide security, aid, and assistance to the beleaguered and war weary populations of Jagis. Northeastern Command of the Crontorian Armed Forces has remained a visible presence in Jagis as a peacekeeping force, the only foreign military power still operating in the formally recognized territories of Jagis following the recent pullout of the last of expeditionary forces from Gristol-Serkonos. While fielding questions from both domestic and foreign press orgnizations, the FISC declined to comment on the status of former Jagite lands now under the control of Deusaeuri and the apparent unwillingness of the Imperial Federation to prosecute war crimes in Yalos as the Imperial Federation recently secured a deal to expand military bases to territories there.

Pledging yet another sum of aid money to the Jagites under the auspices of the Jagis Reconstruction Act passed just days after conclusion of the war by the Imperial Congress, the Ministry of State announced the formation of the Jagis National Council, a provisional government comprised of local leaders from each of the remaining provinces still attached to the state of Jagis. Working with the JNC, the Ministry of State announced that they hoped to hold nation-wide elections within six months if the security situation was stable enough to ensure free and fair elections. Outright acts of violence have been rare, although isolated reports of looting, rape, and vandalism directed at SRC and Crontorian soldiers have been reported across the country.

One of the main directives of the Jagis Reconstruction Act was the establishment of a Jagite Defense Force capable of protecting itself from its Alkharanian neighbors and marauding regional powers. A post-war study conducted by the University of Vienna in conjunction with the Strategic Threat Analysis Agency found that the Jagite National Guard suffered from low morale, degraded equipment, and poor leadership. The Combat Coordination Agency of the Ministry of Defense has already provided thousands of advisers and billions in funding for the Jagite Defense Force while the Imperial Federation has also promised to donate excess war material to the JDF in order to hasten the training and equipping process of the newly created defense force.

Although many Jagites have expressed thanks for the Crontorian commitment to the rebuilding of their country, many critics, Jagite, Crontorian, and international have criticized various aspects of the Jagis Reconstruction Act for its seeming lack of attention to the perpetration of war crimes by the Yalosii and the occupation of Jagite lands by Deusaeuri. So far, the Imperial Federation has refused to give official statements on the aforementioned issues although unnamed officials report to the CBN that the Ministry of State is working to address both issues but is dealing with uncooperative foreign powers. Amid the criticism, the statements by President Carter have seen fit to celebrate the Crontorian commitment to peace while simultaneously criticize the lackluster show of support from other powers over the plight of the Jagite people, citing both the Elder Republic of Erjunhuf and the Shogunate of Marquesan for seemingly ignoring the hardships suffered by the Jagites. President Carter did note however that he respected the Marquesan decision to return control of Ju’tozzo to the state of Yalos, calling it a “decision that will avoid future wars.”

EDITORIAL: The Jagis Conflict, one month after IGSDF involvement
Following the end of IGSDF's involvement in the Jagis theatre, significant changes are visible in the policies set forth by the Valtorum Administration

Rien-Stadt, C.D.R. - It has been one month since the end of Gristol-Serkonosean involvement in Alkharania. The handover of last major IGSDF base in Jagis, IGSEFB Wilchens was considered by critics to the administration as a significant blow to the Sovereign Empire's remaining influence in the central Sondrian region. Under the recent reforms and defence cuts made in the military last year, it soon became unsustainable for the government to maintain forces for more than the mission duration. The lackluster performance of the IGSDF as well as the swift end of the conflict due to the major Sondrian powers, the Imperial High Command was criticized for allowing the expeditionary forces, all 11 million strong, to be isolated from most of the fighting.

Lord High Chancellor Valtorum initially intend going along with the Imperial High Command's plan to remain in the Jagite front as a peacekeeping partner until 2017. But facing strong opposition from both the coalition and the opposition parties, the Valtorum-led Tories were forced to end all involvement from the Jagite theatre. How long can the Valtorum-led Tories remain in control of the grand coalition remains to be seen. A significant change can also be seen in new foreign policy which would be seen as a distancing from Crontorian partnership. The Sovereign Empire's new partnerships with the Marquesan Shogunate as well as the new summit ongoing in Rien-Stadt between Sondria's northwestern countries which might indicate that the country was distancing from the Crontorians.

Valtorum and the government has also been reluctant to send a diplomatic envoy in the resulting negotiations in the Sondrian Regional Council. Sources in the Lord High Chancellor's staff indicate that Valtorum has expressed dissatisfaction with the way regional powers' ignored the war crimes committed upon the Jagites. Regardless, Valtorum has stated it will continue to work with the Crontorians despite her disagreement.

Following the passage of several reform acts in the Rieshistagi, the IGSDF has seen a large reductions in troops and boosting of funds on several RnD projects. Among the affected are the project to develop next generation of armoured tanks and the delay on making the SPARTAN Warrior System standard issue on all IGSDF infantry personnel. From a 152 million troops, the Imperial Office of Defence has announced cuts as much as 75 million troops with the budget from the personnel let go invested on RnD projects to meet the Next Generation Military XXI Reform set forth by the previous Calroni administration. Passed in 2012, the NGM XXI Reform calls for "widespread cuts to military personnel and the full reorganization of the IGSDF into a slimmer, technologically advanced military". This reform passed following the Kelly Parliamentary Commission calling for major reforms in the military.

Defence analysts have concluded that current changes being made to the IGSDF will not be able to take on large scale military conflicts by its own. When it does, the IGSDF must coordinate with the government to ensure it will be able to support a conflict for a certain amount of time.

Will Assist Crontorian Aid Mission to Jagis "For As Long As Necessary"

CARTHAGE, ERJUNHUF: Citing the previous day's comments by President Carter to be "eye-opening and an accurate, if unfortunate, indictment of our current lackluster efforts", President Blackridge has declared that the Elder Republic will redeploy combat forces towards Jagis in order to distribute humanitarian aid and assist in the massive reconstruction project, estimated to be in the tens of trillions of dollars, over the coming days. While Erjunhite forces did not participate in the Jagis expedition until the closing days of the war, most opposition members within Parliament vehemently condemned the decision by the Blackridge administration to pull out of the area in favor of occupying Yalos and assisting with reconstruction efforts there instead as a short-sighted error for the long-term security of the continent. While public polls seem mixed about further efforts regarding the situation on Alkharania, the move toward intervening in Jagis is yet another clear sign that the Elder Republic intends to continue moving away from its recent history of isolation.

"It is time to double down on our commitment to both the people of Jagis and the mandate of the SRC, and show our commitment to reconstruction efforts currently underway, in order to bring about a more comfortable and swift time of transition towards the reestablishment of a solid and stable Jagite republic." Blackridge stated during the surprise evening press conference held within the Executive Mansion; flanked by members of her cabinet and the joint chiefs, . "Forces currently available at our base in Alobordo have already been ordered to redeploy towards Jagis, along with the 40th Fleet, and should arrive within the next 24 hours to participate in the ongoing efforts, as per the original SRC mandate handed out near the end of the war. Much as we have helped bring about a solid and sturdy economic reconstruction in the Sa'vanhanese Eyukate, so too shall Erjunhite ground and sea forces assist directly in the rebuilding of Jagis alongside our Crontorian ally."

Trillions of dollars of aid and capital, along with a contingent of almost half a million Erjunhite ground troops, will be deployed towards Jagis in the coming days in order to utilize 'on a local level of development', according to an anonymous source within the Ministry of Defense, in order to alleviate the financial and military burden of the Imperial Federation. Rumors throughout the capital persist that the first monetary aid package, intended for infrastructural repair and renovation, to be given out will equate to around $10 trillion, along with the passage of tax credits that will create incentives for Erjunhite businesses to establish economic ties within Jagis, and humanitarian aid intended directly for the Jagite people. Similar strategies have been used in the nearby Yalosii state to rousing success, and it is likely that the Blackridge administration will utilize the same techniques in order to achieve long-term success in helping to secure a solid economic foundation for Jagis.

Germania, Brandenburg - German military reforms under Project Condor are expected to continue as planned and may even be accelerated in certain areas, said Field Marshal Aldrik Bergmann, Chief of the Supreme Armed Forces High Command (OKW), as the Wehrmacht kicked off a new round of military exercises and drills under Exercise 'Teutoburg'.

Speaking to reporters in Lueneburg Heath where Exercise 'Teutoburg' was being conducted, Field Marshal Bergmann was quick to emphasize the importance of maintaining the ongoing military reorganisation and expansion under Project Condor, the official title given to the Wehrmacht's latest series of reforms which had first been implemented last year.

"As I see it, and in accordance with the instructions of the Führer, Project Condor will continue as planned with the final stages of the programme set to take effect by the third quarter of 2015 this year. In spite of the Reich's involvement in the Jagis War, the conclusion of all German military operations in Alkharania and the withdrawal of the last German troops from that area means that we can continue as per normal with our intended objectives and goals under Project Condor."

"Of course I don't intend to give away too many details but aside from the reshuffling and scaling-down of certain departments, branches and military programmes within the three service branches of the Wehrmacht, we will be continuing our current objective of facilitating an all-round expansion in the overall size and fighting capabilities of the Wehrmacht. Much speculation has continued to exist regarding the inner details of Project Condor, which has so far continued to remain hidden from the general public save for the occasional press statements and announcements by the Supreme Armed Forces High Command. Already, several major changes have taken place throughout the Wehrmacht, including the establishment of a permanent Rapid Reaction Force in the form of the German Expeditionary Force, the creation of a more solidified and concretised chain of command from the OKW to the Army, Navy and Air Force, the merger of several offices into a single unified Military Intelligence Department and the expansion of the military budget, which is even now expected to take up nearly 10% of total government spending in the coming fiscal year. Nonetheless, the veil of secrecy and opaqueness thrown up by the OKW has been such that no one can predict what exactly will happen next as the Wehrmacht continues this latest string of military reorganisations and build-ups.

With aggressive, nationalist rhetoric characteristic of the new Yalosii regime, the SEF has launched one of the largest and most ambitious invasions in Sondrian history with over 122 million men, or ⅗ of its total military strength. The Sa’vahnnese military operation stretches over a front that extends 800 kilometers. In the first minutes of the war, an estimated twenty million heavy projectiles, rockets and missiles were hurled at S’ua Tozzan Loyal Army Remnant positions, in a scale unprecedented since the Newcastle war, almost thirty years ago. In addition, amphibious landings by Sa’vahnnese troops have been rumored, but not confirmed, and several thousands of aircraft, out of the Sa’vahnnese reported arsenal of 300,000, have been launched in expansive strikes all throughout S’ua Tozzan territory in order to destroy the remnants of the floundering regime’s military.

Military experts are undivided as to who will gain the victory. “While the Loyal Army was very a capable fighting force,” says on Carthage based historian, “The S'ua Tozzan military is only a fraction of its size. The Enmekki is a relatively young, massive, modern force, equipped with lots of modern equipment. On top of its massive size, which makes it the second largest Sondrian army after Rustonia, it fields a huge arsenal of missiles, tanks, aircraft and rifles that were used to create almost a billion jobs, and bring rapid recovery to the Sa’vahnnese economy. Its staff consists of tested and well trained generals and soldiers, and it definitely has improved considerably since the Jagite war. The S’ua Tozzan army relied heavily on aid from the Dominions, consists of mere twelve million personnel, and none of its units are necessarily distinguished in combat in any capacity. Former Red Guard units could present a minor problem, but it shouldn’t be an issue.

Still, it seems possible that the Sa’vahnnese military will attempt to win through sheer force of numbers. With many the population of the entire S’ua Tozza , as well as an extremely vibrant post-war economy specializing in agriculture and manufacturing, Sa’vahnna’s nationalist zeal and post-communist egalitarianist ideals make it a nation that can fight a war for several years. Its industrial output and food production have skyrocketed, thanks to foreign GMOs and foreign investment, resulting in a large industrial and agrarian base for a sustained war effort. It seems that even if S’ua Tozza manages to hold out for more than a month, they will be forced into a grinding war of attrition with a nation with twice the population and industrial/agricultural output, as well as one that has enlisted the aid of many powerful allies.

Meanwhile, with the declaration of war, the Sa’vahnnese government has announced a full mobilization of its reserves and conscripts units, ordering them to the front by, what experts claim to be numbers as high as one million per day. Unusual numbers of bio-chemical suits have also been seen shipped into the nation as of late, indicating the possible use of chemical agents on the battlefield against the Loyal Army.
