Empire of Kolintha - Foreign Embassy Program

Dear Nations of the World,
On the behalf of Her Imperial Majesty, I am very pleased to announce the official opening of the Kolinthanese Foreign Embassy Program. We have received many requests for an easier method of communication between our Government and the outside world, and a way for foreign governments to protect the rights of their citizens when they travel to Kolintha. As we are a nation that strongly believes in the rights of our citizens, no matter where they may be, we see it as natural that other nations would express the same concern.
Hence, foreign governments may now choose to open an embassy in our capital city of Lacrima. An application and additional information has been attached below.

About Kolintha
The Empire of Kolintha is a small nation situated in the cold northern wastes of Escar. Much of the country is covered by snow all year round, and the terrain is very flat, with huge snowfields stretching for miles on end. It is famous for being home to the rare Kolinthanese Bear, which is also the national animal. The capital city is Lacrima, and it is here that all embassies will be built.
The Empire is an absolute monarchy, ruled by Her Imperial Majesty, Empress Valhyldra I, Light of the Icefields, Empress of the Empire of Kolintha, High Queen of the 19 Provinces, Sovereign Colonial of Montorra, Princess of Izlaya, Carrier of Starlight, Autocrat of all Kolinthans, Ruler of the Wind, Protector of the State, Daughter of the Revolution, Patron of the Guard Army, Lady of Kuznyr, Holder of the Crown, Supreme Leader of the People, Rightful Mistress of the Land and Guardian of the Northern Wastes. Despite being classified as a 'corrupt dictatorship' by the first world devils of the WA, the Empire is anything but. The Imperial Family donates to many charities, which help hundreds of poverty stricken children and families across the Empire. Many laws have been put in place to prevent corruption and to ensure a that no citizen is discriminated against. Hate speech has been outlawed to make sure everyone feels welcome in our glorious nation and citizens are free to voice their opinions of the government, providing they do not spread dangerous and inefficient foreign inventions such as democracy and political parties.
Embassy Rules:
1. No more than 10 embassy staff.
1a: We would prefer if you could hire locally, as it helps the local economy, though this is not an absolute requirement. Note that hiring locally means you may employ up to 20 embassy staff, in addition to the 10 foreign staff you are already permitted.
2. No more than 12 security staff.
2b. No explosives, incendiaries or fully automatic weapons.
3. Vehicles should not be too large. While most of our streets are very wide to accommodate parades, some can be very narrow and large vehicles may get stuck.
3b. Limousines are prohibited.
3c. Armed/military vehicles are prohibited. Armoured vehicles are okay.
3d. Kolintha drives on the left.
4. Ambassadors must be 25 years old or above.
5. Anything brought into the country that is not mentioned in your application can and will be confiscated by airport or seaport security if it breaks the law.

Extraterritoriality in Kolintha
The policy in Kolintha regarding the extraterritoriality of embassies is as follows:
"Embassies are, legally speaking, still the sovereign territory of the Empire of Kolintha. However, they are exempt from the laws that govern the rest of said sovereign territory. In the event that a fugitive enters the embassy to escape Imperial Authority, the Empire shall seek permission from the nation that the embassy represents to enter and arrest the fugitive. If the fugitive is considered a threat to national security however, it is possible that Imperial forces may violate the extraterritoriality of the Embassy."
