Spanish has no official status, but it is spoken, mainly by immigrant laborers. It's regarded as a lower class tongue by most of polite society.

1. Spanish (Castellano) is the only official language of Fenshamsland.
2. Yes, it is the first language taught in schools and without it, you'd be lost in Fenshamsland.
3. 99.99%
4. Obviously seeing as practically everyone can speak it, nobody is learning it as an extra language. We make sure our citizens are proficient in English.

Spanish is neither the official or co official language. It is not considered important to the nation or non-spanish-speaking citizens. 70% of the populace can speak the language, but only 3% are natural speakers. It is a popular language to learn, as the Federation trades with a large number of spanish nations.

It's not unheard of among the humans, and occasionally studied by Sidhae, but has little use in our empire otherwise.

Spanish-speakers mostly reside in Western Expanse sectors that border with the Federation of Mankind, more precisely, a region of the Federation colonized predominantly by Spanish-speakers. During the Reconquest Wars, a number of these human worlds consequently fell under Sidh occupation.

only a fraction of Eurasians tend to know Spanish , it is however taught to certain military experts whom provide technical assistance to our comrades in South America , the Eurasian union maintains a large network of covert facilities in South America even still Spanish makes up a speck of our languages -

We consider Spanish very important, because it is our official language (along with Russian). In addition, all of our allies and trading partners are Spanish-speaking nations. Nearly all of our population understands the language, as it is taught in every school grade from preschool up to secondary school.

All languages and cultures are considered important in Fatatatutti but none has "official status". There are Hispanic people in Fatatatutti but they do not form one of our larger minorities. It is probably no surprise that the Castro-Stalina family, well-known in the construction industry and the military, comes from a mixed Hispanic and Slavic ancestry.

1. No, Spanish does not have official status as our emperor does not speak it.
2. Yes, Spanish is considered important because our citizens leech off of the Spanish wifi and need to know the Spanish word for "password"
3. It seems that all wifi felons speak Spanish, or 98% of the population
4. We discourage the learning of Spanish as to attempt to prevent the wifi epidemic present in the Cage Empire.

Spanish is an important language historically, and it retains its status. Our language was, in large part, transliterated by Spanish speakers. This, along with an old trade tradition, had increased the popularity of it as a foreign language in the Isles. Mind you, not very many foreign languages have been heard by Islander ears throughout history, but the Spanish were the first to reach us, followed by the English. This is where some inconsistencies in linguistic transliteration come from, using both "c" and "k", for example, comes from the Spanish and English transliterations.
