Basic Regulations
Division I - Article I
General Diplomatic Privileges
All diplomats of foreign states are granted partial diplomatic immunity. That is, a foreign diplomat who commits a crime will be charged and penalized monetarily according to how much damage was done. However, the foreign diplomat will never be harmed unless the situation is dire. Capital offenses, including but not limited to assault and rape, will yield execution with no trial by any FBI officer in the vicinity. Amerikia reserves the right to deport or execute any member of a diplomatic mission deemed to be dangerous.
Before diplomatic staff are allowed to continue on a diplomatic mission they will be examined for any substances deemed hazardous by the FBI. Any substances found in this manner will either yield the person in question a fine of either 3,000 Amerikian Dollars ($3000 AD) or 2,900 universal standard dollars ($2900 USD). Forbidden substances include but are not limited to radioactive elements, dangerous chemical compounds, weapons of mass destruction, all forms of recreational drugs, and cigarettes. All weapons carried by normal diplomatic staff will be immediately confiscated, never to be returned, and the offender beaten and deported. If the home country refuses to accept the offender, then the offender will be executed.

Reserved Rights of the Amerikian Government
Privileges that have been granted by the Amerikian government may be revoked at any time, should the need arise. In addition, any embassy deemed undesirable will be first kindly asked to leave. If the staff agree to do so, then they will be given a paid first class airline transport back to their home country. If they do not agree, then they will be shot by the FBI . All FBI officers reserve the right to use deadly force if necessary.
All structures used for embassy and diplomatic use are provided by the government of Amerikian unless requested otherwise beforehand. That is, all damage caused to any diplomatic structure will be paid for by the owner unless the owner constructed said structure. Embassies are subject to random inspection at the whim of the Ministry of Defense. If any substance deemed illegal in Amerikia is not revealed beforehand, then the embassy staff in possession of said substance may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Any embassy of any state, allied or otherwise, that is found to be knowingly harboring a figure who is wanted by the government will be placed under immediate lock-down. The embassy structure in question will be broken into and thoroughly searched for said figure. If the figure is found, then all embassy personnel will be questioned. If it is found that the staff deliberately hid the figure, then every staff member will be executed.

Weaponry Regulations
The number of armed personnel and their weapons must be stated. Weapons permissible range from swords, sabers, and daggers to pistols, submachine guns, and machine pistols to assault rifles, sniper rifles, and light machine guns. Prohibited weapons include all explosives, heavy machine guns (including the FN Minimi), and any weapon with heavy armour piercing capability. Due to the fact that all citizens in Amerikia must own a weapon capable of firing 30.06 rounds or higher, embassy personnel may also carry heavier weapons, as stated above. Note that you may choose to have the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) guard your embassy; we will use all weapons available to defend your embassy. If your embassy is destroyed in war or conflict, the state of Amerikia will pay the full price needed to reimburse those lost or injured.
If it is necessary, then Amerikia reserves the right to confiscate all weaponry under the threat of the destruction of the embassy. Any illegal weapon found to be in the possession of an embassy will be confiscated, and the embassy fined either 7,000 Amerikian Dollars ($7000 AD) or 9,300 universal standard dollars ($9300 USD). If chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons are found in an embassy, then the embassy will be stormed, the weapons confiscated, and the embassy staff shot in a firing range as targets with no trial.
States allied to Amerikia are not subject to the same penalties. Illegal weapons yield no response, and weapons capable of mass destruction will merely be sent back to the home state.
Division I - Article IV
Plants and Animals
All plants and animals must be declared by the government of the requesting country before they arrive in Amerikia. If plants and/or animals are discovered during the security inspection, they will be confiscated and sent to the local Menagerie. The embassy staff in possession of said plant or animal will be fined either 1,400 Amerikian Dollars (§1400 AD) or 1,600 universal standard dollars ($1600 USD).

Drugs
All types of drugs, save ones for purely medicinal use and prescribed by a registered doctor, are illegal and forbidden for use by diplomatic staff. Illegal substances include but are not limited to marijuana, methamphetamine, and cocaine. Any drugs found will be burnt in a special incinerator and the staff in question fined either 45,000 Amerikian Dollars ($45000 AD) or 60,000 universal standard dollars ($60000 USD).

Vehicular Regulations
All vehicles that enter Amerikia during a diplomatic mission must be allowed to be fully inspected under threat of instantaneous incineration. Once inspected, vehicles may be parked in the Embassy Compound Civilian Lot, where all civilian vehicles are parked. Military vehicles, including but not limited to armored personnel carriers, tanks, and self-propelled artillery are not allowed in Amerikia and will be used for weapons testing if discovered. Unarmed military vehicles, focusing around unarmed armored cars, are allowed if stated beforehand and allowed to be inspected in detail. There are no illegal civilian vehicles.

Embassy Location, Security, and Staffing Regulations
All embassies, unless discussed beforehand, are located in the Amerikia Embassy Compound in the north-east quadrant of Amerikia. Every building is nondescript, as to maintain the privacy of each embassy from other embassies.
Security guards are limited to a maximum of fifteen (15) unless discussed beforehand. Diplomatic staff, including general maintenance and ambassadorial staff, are limited to a maximum of fifty (50). The ambassador is not included. All specially arranged embassies have other limitations, that can be set by the Department of Foreign Affairs on a whim.

The application below must be filled out truthfully and completely for a request to be even considered. If any information is found to be false, then the embassy staff sent will be stopped at the airport and deported back to the home country.
