1. A citizen doesn't pay their taxes.
Crime: Yes
Punishment(If Any): The repossession men come for a little "visit", taking anything thay can be sold to offset the debt.

2. A citizen can't pay off their debts.
Crime: Yes
Punishment(If Any): Same as above.

3. A citizen robs something.
Crime: Yes
Punishment(If Any): The items are returned, along with twice the amount of money that the item is worth. Anything stolen with a value of over G1000 probably ends up getting killed.

4. A citizen segregates someone based on their skin color/sex.
Crime: Yes
Punishment(If Any): This happens very infrequently as Yrsaland is a very homogenous nation, but tolerant of others (as long as they do not impose their way of life upon the Yrsk). Sexism is also non-existent. Anyone who does something like this is given a civil disturbance order and will probably end up in jail.

5. A citizen is a prostitute.
Crime: Yes
Punishment(If Any): Prostitutes and the people they serve are sterilised completely.

6. A citizen does marijuana.
Crime: Yes
Punishment(If Any): There is no rehab in Yrsaland. Again, you'd probably end up in jail.

7. A citizen does cocaine.
Crime: Depends
Punishment(If Any): Soldiers and people in the armed forces are technically allowed to take stimulant drugs according to a loophole in Yrsk law. However, the average person would end up in jail.

8. A citizen does any other form of drug.
Crime: Yes
Punishment(If Any): Jail time. Even tobacco is illegal due to health reasons.

9. A citizen burns the flag of your nation.
Crime: Yes
Punishment(If Any): Death by torture. Yrsaland is patriotic to the point of jingoism, and burning the flag is incredibly disrespectful.

10. A citizen melts one of your nations coins to sell the materials it is made out of.
Crime: Yes
Punishment(If Any): Jail time. Yrsk jail is clean and modern, but has been specifically designed to effectively psychologically torture anyone inside. Everyone is effectively in solitary confinement.

11. A person without a passport enters your country (AKA Illegally Immigrating)
Crime: Yes
Punishment(If Any): Either deported immediately or assassinated. Yrsaland is not a country to mess around when it comes to illegal immigration.
Pro: Capitalism, Conservatism, Nationalism, Pan-Germanicism
Anti: Socialism, Communism, the European Union

1. A citizen doesn't pay their taxes.
Crime(y/n): Yes.
Punishment(If Any): Forced labour (which is the standard punishment. We get a lot done that way), if they cannot pay in short notice.

2. A citizen can't pay off their debts.
Crime(y/n): Yes
Punishment(If Any): Forced labour unless they can arrange a deal with an official. However, a regular citizen would not have this luxury.

3. A citizen robs something.
Crime(y/n): Yes
Punishment(If Any): Forced labour

4. A citizen segregates someone based on their skin color/sex.
Crime(y/n): Yes and No.
Punishment(If Any): Discriminating men or women of Kurdish or Bashkir descent, as well as foreign nationals, is punishable by forced labour and, if serious, political reeducation. Discriminating men or women of Tatar descent or any other minor demographic of DPRB nationals is not a crime.

5. A citizen is a prostitute.
Crime(y/n): Yes, however this is circumvented by concubinage.
Punishment(If Any): Forced labour (which, ironically, would be as a prostitute in said labour camps)

6. A citizen does marijuana.
Crime(y/n): Yes and No.
Punishment(If Any): Nationals of Bashkurdistan will be subjected to forced labour, while foreign nationals will not be punished (unless they distribute for profit)

7. A citizen does cocaine.

8. A citizen does any other form of drug.

9. A citizen burns the flag of your nation.
Crime(y/n): Yes
Punishment(If Any): Forced labour and political reeducation (this is considered a serious offence and will likely get you 10-20 years of labour)

10. A citizen melts one of your nations coins to sell the materials it is made out of.
Crime(y/n): Yes
Punishment(If Any): Forced labour

11. A person without a passport enters your country (AKA Illegally Immigrating)
Crime(y/n): Yes
Punishment(If Any): Forced labour and denial of the person's existence in the coutnry. Which is to say that they will do life's labour. Hiccups with immigration is one thing, arriving without a passport or without intent to go through immigration is another.

1. A citizen doesn't pay their taxes.
Crime(y/n):
Yes.

Punishment(If Any):
Failure or refusal to pay taxes (or engaging in tax fraud) will result in the offender, of any social class, having their legal rights and guarantees rescinded by judicial decree, and declared a slave to the empire. This individual will then be sold at auction to the highest bidder. Once sold, the new slave is now counted as an asset of his or her owner, and lacks any legal rights of protection or voice.

2. A citizen can't pay off their debts.
Crime(y/n):
Yes.

Punishment(If Any):
Failure of refusal to pay debts to an individual or company will result in the offender, of any social class, having their legal rights and guarantees rescinded by judicial decree. The offender will be made a direct slave of the creditor, whom now possesses the legal authority to utilise this new asset how they wish to recover the lost finances of the debt.

3. A citizen robs something.
Crime(y/n):
Yes.

Punishment(If Any):
Varies by the nature of the robbery and the value of items stolen. However, at the very least, a thief or robber will face flogging. At the most, imprisonment. Between these points, a robber may be subjected to the loss of a hand and public humiliation in a pillory.

4. A citizen segregates someone based on their skin color/sex.
Crime(y/n):
No. Not only do citizens lack the power to 'segregate', but the Neo-Ephyral Empire possesses an ethno-racial hierarchy with pure blooded Ephyral ranking highest, and the least desirable peoples of the empire at the bottom. People on the level of and lower than Arabs, unless enslaved to an Ephyral master or mistress, are often segregated from the Ephyral population in territories they share residence in.

Punishment(If Any):
-

5. A citizen is a prostitute.
Crime(y/n):
No. For a citizen woman to be a prostitute is no matter of pride, and indeed, prostitution is a harsh game, as the sex slave market essentially means that only way of survival is for the prostitute to sign on with a brothel, but on a contract so one-sided they are essentially enslaved. The sexual exploitation of a citizen, if by contract, is not illegal, and the sexual exploitation of a slave certainly is not.

Punishment(If Any):
-

6. A citizen does marijuana.
Crime(y/n):
Partly,

Punishment(If Any):
Whilst it is a criminal act to cultivate and sell marijuana, it is no crime to engage in its use. Manufacturers and sellers of the drug are executed, usually by hanging.

7. A citizen does cocaine.
Crime(y/n):
Yes.

Punishment(If Any):
Cocaine users are imprisoned. Manufacturers, cultivators, sellers, and distributors are executed, usually by hanging.

8. A citizen does any other form of drug.
Crime(y/n):
Maybe. Varies by drug.

Punishment(If Any):
-

9. A citizen burns the flag of your nation.
Crime(y/n):
Yes.

Punishment(If Any):
This is deemed an act of profanity against the throne. Offender will be subjected to rights deprivation and auction into slavery.

10. A citizen melts one of your nations coins to sell the materials it is made out of.
Crime(y/n):
Yes.

Punishment(If Any):
Undecided; under current legal debate.

11. A person without a passport enters your country (AKA Illegally Immigrating)
Crime(y/n):
Yes.

Punishment(If Any):
Unless an attempt is made by the home nation of the illegal immigrant to recover their national, then the illegal immigrant will be sentenced under imperial law to slavery.
