Punishment: The taxes owed plus ten percent interest. If the convict canot pay, they are required to do penal labor until they pay it off.

2. A citizen can't pay off their debts.
Crime: N (the state can't arrest a debtor)
Punishment: However, a debtor can be sued by their creditor and be compelled to pay. If the convict cannot pay, they are required to pay a quarter of their income each time they receive it until the debt is fully satisfied.

3. A citizen robs something.
Crime: Y
Punishment: Anywhere from jailtime overnight to death penalty, depending on what was stolen, how it was stolen, who did it, how often he's broken the law, and if someone died.

4A: A citizen segregates someone based on their skin color/sex in their private business.
Crime: N
Punishment: N/A. Businesses can hire, fire, or serve whomever they please, or decline the same.

4B: A citizen segregates someone based on their skin color/sex in the police, fire, or medical sector (etc.).

Punishment: If the victim dies because of their neglect, death. Otherwise, five years in prison.
