Hasn't changed much from my response in this thread where I discussed *if* Parhe was a nation in the real world. Relations with Russia would be hostile over it's division of the Korean peninsula and continual support of the North. Recent events would just add to the flames. Trade never really began with Russia after the fall of the USSR, particularly since Russia proclaimed itself the successor state of the USSR, and Russian ships and planes are not allowed with or over Parhic airspace or waters. Pretty important since Parhe stretches from just east of Kamchatka south to Luzon.

Also we kind of stole some land in their east, and west. . . and north. Yeah, they probably want that back.
They're probably quite annoyed at us for liberating Poland from them in the '40s as well, and for funding/ directly organising separatists inside their borders.

I wanted to express a dissenting opinion about Russia, but suddenly eastern Cymrea was ablaze in "civilian" uprisings. Now Cymrea's southern naval assets are gone and there is no eastern Cymrea. Just western Russia.
