Noordeinde's Presidential Air transport

The President of Noordeinde has two official planes to his ability. As well as two helicopters. Whenever the President steps onboard of an Airforce plane it's callsign will become 'RNAF 01' . Both planes the President the President has to his ability are maintained and flown by the Royal Noordeindian Airforce.

Whenever the President uses one of his assigned Marine helicopters it's callsign shall immediatley be changed into 'NRNMC 01'. The President uses his helicopters quite ofthen in order to fly to locations which are to lengthy for a car to drive but also to short to use a jet. Both helicopters are maintained and flown by the Royal Noordeindian Marine Corps. The helicopter will always also be escorted through the air by another helicopter from the police or other protective service.

The current Empress of Ramsetia utilises a majority of air transport, motor vehicles within city limits are disallowed, and as such, she favours a customised monorail car for inner-city travel.

Outside of this, however, she has at her disposal, a PL-202 Pelican Vectored Thrust transport for short-range travel, most notably within ramsetia, or to the nation's immediate neighbors. The Empress'es Pelican's callsign is a national secret, and as such, may not be replicated here. Though it has earned the nickname of the 'princess', thanks to the brighter purple and delicate filigree decorations.

An AL-820 Albatross Long-range VT transport is the Empress'es personal long-range transport option. Used for international flights where urgency is key, the albatross is nicknamed 'Ramsetia's Grace', after a display of parade acrobatics above Renaissance immediately prior to it's selection.

A ramsetian-built long-range cruise Zeppelin is used by the empress for low-urgency transport, diplomatic visits, and international meetings where neutral ground is needed. The callsign for this craft is R-CZ-8250. At all times, it is escorted by a flight of VT gunships, based upon the zeppelin itself. During peacetime, however, only two gunships will be undertaking escort duties at any one time.

A Tupolev TU-144 that has been modified to go 7X as high as a Boeing 747-400 (A Jumbo Jet).

Only really useful on long haul flights, but we take off normally, then climb vertically to that height. We then use the low air resistance to go incredibly fast, before going into a controlled, near vertical drop. to land normally as well.

Interesting. 7X as high, you say? That puts you very nearly into space shuttle territory. How do your jet engines function at that altitude?

This can hardly be classified as just a helicopter due to its immense size. The cabin is much larger than that of a small private plane and it is a lot taller meaning that it is actually possible to stand up in. The range is more than 1000 km and can attain speeds of more than 300 kph making it very fast for its size. The executive model comes in two floor plan configurations which seat nine and ten passengers respectably.

The King and officials use a modified Airbus A330-200 and a Presidential Streamline Eagle 20R for medium to long range flights. Otherwise, officials hire charter flights or buy tickets on commercial flights. A fleet of Eurocopter AS332s are also ready for short range travel on a moment's notice.
