We are really sorry for the delay (a lot has been going on in our kingdom). Anyway, in regards to your embassy application, we have taken a moment's consideration on reviewing it. After having the form processed and approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the New Pejitean Government, we are happy to announce the acceptance of your intentions of establishing an embassy in our country. Arrangements for transport and accommodations shall be in order as soon as possible.

Construction will begin immediately on your embassy in lot no. 24 of Khazzam Subdivision in Ippheroan City. Please expect a few weeks or so before its construction is fully complete. We have also acknowledged your desire for trade talks.

The Kingdom of Free Pejite would like to wish your diplomatic staff a comfortable stay within its borders in advance. Through this embassy, we hope our ties will progress and develop further in peace and harmony.

It was another dull war-torn day in the Kingdom of "Free" Pejite. As the sound of rattling gunfire in the horizon and subsequent cheers echoed through the corridors of the grey sky in some godforsaken battle in the west, the Foreign Minister, Hazim Kasaalda was in his comfy office miles away. The middle-aged man tediously sifted through government mail in the web, sipping a refreshing cup of Emirati Tea. The minister was so sleepy and tired from having to deal with so many defense issues 24/7. His previous deputy had been killed by rebels, and his next deputy in line was killed from falling down the stairs in joy at being promoted. The insurgency in the west had sapped him off any other officials to work for him.

As he was about to drop on the keyboard and spill hot tea on himself (and one of the government's few working computers), his eyes widened on seeing an application to the Pejitean Foreign Ministry. Scratching his grey beard, he clicked the message. "Huh. I almost forgot we had an embassy program. I guess it's time for an update."

Sjynidteerjy, Greetings to all,

It has occurred to us only now that our embassy programme is in need of some critical updating. Come to think of it, it has been almost a year since we started this (so maybe we'll have a party if we're not too busy).

Getting back to the topic (an update on our situation), when we first created this embassy program, the kingdom was secure enough to host diplomats and new interests for new relations. Sad to say, an insurgency that started months after this program was launched has been going on, and now poses a threat to embassies here. Even with our half-a-million population of security forces, we are ashamed to say we cannot 100% guarantee your people's safety.

What we can guarantee though is that we will do 100% of what we can to offer protection. As an added bonus, the location of embassies are far from the nation's war zones. But if you still feel insecure, we could negotiate weapons policies and allow you to bring extra security. Oh, and we now allow bunkers to be added to your embassy.

So that being said, we hope nations will still be interested in forging relations with our humble kingdom consider. We just wanted to inform all of the current dangers, so that any visitors will be well-prepared and will know what to expect. Ekaefh! Peace!
