The limousines requested will be of a biodeisel-electric hybrid design, and stored in Renaissance northern Gatehouse. Within the city, diplomatic priority monorail cars are available. The Imperial Assembly would like to welcome your ambassador to Renaissance. As you are no doubt aware, due to the city being underground, we are unable to provide a helipad directly on Embassy grounds, though Renaissance Imperial Airport is a dedicated diplomatic airport, and will house your aircraft in it's own cavern. Local instructors will be on-hand to teach your pilots in navigating the short runway.

Our public inter-city transport system will provide private diplomatic carriages on high-speed services around the nation should they be required, and inner-city monorail services are also available when outside of Renaissance.

We would like to make note that our security forces only carrying 2 weapons each. One main weapon(An assault Rifle) and a Pistol(GD-91) as well as one wqeapon for CQC, CQD and CQB encounters. Those CQC weapons maybe a knife to a shortsword. So besides the CQC weapons the only thing that questions your embassey specifications are the assault Rifles which we asked be sent to the embassey to be put under lock and key.

As for the vehicles. I must make note that they are unarmed. Any inspection of the vehicles will be tolerated so long as there are no confiscations. The humvees and black hawks are just so our security forces can escort the Ambassador to any meetings we find nesscary.

Again, we cannot adhere to the request relating to the storage of assault rifles, nor the amount of security personnel you have specified. We also question the reasoning behind placing elite forces like the OAG and Green Berets within our capitol city, so close to the Imperial Offices. The bladed Close Quarters weaponry is allowed, but is not to be exposed to public view. We are a civilised people, and like to think that such weapons are no longer needed. Also, for ease of logistics, select only 1 type of rifle if you absolutely must have them.

You are not establishing a forward base in the middle of a war zone, you are establishing an Ambassadorial building in the heart of a secure and peaceful nation, and as such, a heavily militarised approach is not necessary, while guards on escort duty are allowed by all means, you would not need any more than two or three at a time.

The vehicles are acceptable, pending investigation, and conversion to locally-available power sources, either electric, solar, or biofuels.

If these stipulations are not acceptable, then I wish you the best, but inform you that we would have to decline your application.
