This is the T-028 the main battle tank for the AMA military. Planners decided to make a hard hitting tank to over run and over power the enemy defenses.

Allanea wrote:Re-posted:SPARTAN Militarized Bagger
Doctrine: At times, strategic operations require the execution of large-scale engineering work, such as the construction of nuclear-proof headquarters bunkers, the excavation of enemy underground facilities (Vorradian and Antanjylian underground cities and tunnel networks, for example), and various other earthmoving work. Because civilian ultraheavy construction equipment is not sufficiently well-defended, and requires too much fuel to keep up with division command, Kazansky Heavy Industries has produced an ultra-heavy vehicle for specific military use.
The vehicle is armored, armed, and nuclear-powered excavator, capable of carrying out excavation tasks for the armed forces. It is a strategic, Army Group, Front, or Front Group-level asset.
Power: The power source for this weapon is a single OK-650 reactor, producing 254,800 horsepower - or approximately 10 horsepower per ton.
Excavation Capactiy: The vehicle can excavate 240,000 tons of coal or 240,000 cubic metres of overburden daily – the equivalent of a football field (soccer) dug to 30 m (98 ft) deep. The excavating head itself is 21.6 m in diameter and has 18 buckets each holding 6.6 cubic metres (8.6 yd³) of overburden. This allows the immediate excavation of sufficient depth to create a massive anti-nuclear bomb-shelter, which can then easily be covered up with concrete or other means.
Armor: The Spartan Strategic Excavator’s entire body (excepting the cabling) is wrapped in steel armor proof against 30mm HE-I munitions. The cabling is wrapped in protective Kevlar liner, proof against small arms fire and splinters.
Armament: The Spartan Strategic Excavator is not a front-line weapon. It is a strategic, rear-echelon asset intended to be used as far as 100 kilometers or more from the battle line. Due to its value, it is intended to be protected by other units - including AA and infantry. However, due to the threat of saboteur teams and guided munitions, it still needs to be armed. For this reason, six Phalanx CIWS mounts have been installed on its counterbalance arm, and four more on its forward arm.
In addition, the counterbalance arm is equipped with a RADAR and a pair of Pantsyr-S1 AA gun/missile launchers, intended to intercept aircraft and guided missiles which have made it past the strategic air defense arrays.
Furthermore, it is armed with 10 A3 sentry turrets, mounted variously along its lower body, to aid in protecting against saboteurs. Internal weapons lockers exist for additional protection against enemy boarding teams.
Sensor package: The Spartan strategic excavator does not truly require a sensor package, however it is equipped with the inherent sensor packages of its weapons (AA RADAR, IR cameras, etc.). In addition to these, a Puma search-and-targeting RADAR station has been mounted on the top of the Spartan.
Weight: 25,000 tons
Length: 225 meters
Height: 96 meters
Width: 46 meters body
Groud pressure: 50 psi
Speed: 10 kph
Turning Radius: 100 meters
Max climb gradient: 1:18
Weapons: x2 Pantsyr SM AA, x10 Phalanx CIWS, x10 A3 sentry turrets (each armed with an HMG and an AGL).
Crew: 5 (Commander, Weapons Officer, Conveyor Belt Operator, two Excavator Operators)

I forgot the specs for this model, dubbed simply the "Ligden Uner", which in Tulacian translates to "Light Mark One".
Specs:
Armor: 10mm/10mm/10mm
Gun: Armader 20mm Cannon, Light Tank Model 1
Speed: 45mph

my Mil-bagger's 4 reactors are protected by a multi layered air/ missile defense system topped off with lots of ERA and almost a foot and half of DU and composite armor
that and I would never send it into combat against an enemy that has anything as advanced as "missiles"
