138mm rings a bell..
I know I had a version of my T-10 HBT with a pike nose and about that much armor, but I abandoned that fairly soon after I first posted it. It has more of an IS-4 style frontal hull now.

This has been discussed too many times now. Problem is the hover skirt is fragile as hell.
That and you won't be able to armor the damn thing to any reasonable degree.
