There were some classified studies in the United States. USSR almost certainly did something comparable.

Unclassified summary is that nuclear reactors have insufficient power density to serve as AFV powerplants.

Plus even if it could work I doubt there is much point to it, a nuclear bomber could benefit from remaining in the air for days at a time in order to increase the capabilities for a retaliatory strike, a nuclear ship or sub benefits from not having to refuel while traveling long distances allowing them to be deployed for longer, why would you ever need to keep a tank running for days or weeks at a time?

I'm thinking of integrating LeClerc, Leopard, Challenger, and Abrahms tank components and add a few of my own designs on it like drone dipensers, javelin & stinger missiles and some metal storm mortars while adding at least 4 machine guns and maintaining a good manueverable size. Shell size is 150mm fired through a triangular barrel railgun.
