Why use a bolt-action rifle as service rifle, especially in MT?

I don't. It's a PT service rifle from the 1890's (as its name sneakily suggests). But I am going to make a MT sniper rifle conversion any day now.

I'm guessing the pump thingy does something special or is it just there to look cool?

It's pump action.

Not quite. The pump action is there for reasons of rapid firing. My cavalry wanted something they could fire off as quickly as the old lever actions. And than infantry caught on to it and saw the potential of being able to volley fire without taking your eyes off the sights or your rifle off target. Naturally, this proved to be dubious in practice so my army immediately set out to find an alternative in what would become the submodel 19 semiautomatic. But that one took too long to develop and stuff so they got stuck with the 1890 right down and into WW2.

Oh that. Yea, that's a typo. Although the rifle will remain in service in PMT as well so there is that. In fact, I imagine I'd still be using it in FT but with a laser stuck down the barrel or something!

That's today/yesterday, but forty years ago.

Made these months ago, haha. Antitank guided missiles, that you'd find in a stationary defensive position. These are a Spriggan/Kornet and a TOW-2A, and are (unsurprisingly, see above) not used (or not widely used) within Yukonastan.

So to get the discussion going, what sort of ATGM does your infantry use?

Not really, actually. I'm in 1974. TOW-2A is '87, and Spriggan is '94. Both are beyond my current time period.

Yes I made it in Roblox, but only because I was making an FPS of sorts. Which totally died.

Older well exercised animals are often tough and chewy. WHile your society might have a different idea about delicacy and taste most would say that doesn't sound good.

Fredendall got most of the blame as a commander.

I think the main problem was fire support doctrine and training. The US made some improvements to its ability to call in and coordinate fire support (artillery and close air support), and in air defense artillery, particularly of artillery units (during Kasserine, many artillery units were repeatedly mauled by Luftwaffe air attacks, making providing effective fire support difficult).

Later in the war, the US Army was basically second to none in its ability to quickly concentrate huge amounts of artillery fires on a target. This was mostly due to their ability to produce and distribute radios and artillery firing tables. A lot of the early work done for military computers was for gun data computers, actually.
