I believe we came to the conclusion of the stock being off of a Russian SKS.

My personal problems with the list:
* Lasers are pointless at the ranges a .50BMG is going to be used. They also are anti-material by nature, so adding special anti material rounds (at least currently described) seems pointless.
* Active personal camo (thinking you're talking about Hollywood predator style invisibility) I doubt is going to be a thing by 2020 . Vehicles however, is a completely different story, though not as you probably think.
* Liquid body armor will be a thing. Though you're talking about some kind of hybrid here. I'd do one or the other, not both as the weight would be nutters on you're soldier.
* Medi foam is believable, up until the regeneration part of it. Id drop that and leave the rest.

How about an adaptive camouflage?

it'd be cheaper to just issue uniforms in a variety of camouflage patterns. Any kind of adaptive or active camouflage requires computers, cameras, and some form of projection. (reversible uniforms might be okay, but that could be expensive or limit mobility, depending on how it's made.)

Metal color looks good, but you might make the furniture either a shade lighter or a shade darker. For example, my AK-103 clone uses a RUS Milspec. finish, paint-over-parkerization. The paint on the metal is darker than the polymer furniture, albeit not by much. My Romanian-made WASR-10/63 is just parkerized, though, and black furniture on it is darker than the steel.
Also, slight suggestions that mostly have to do with my personal preferences: might want to "curve" the buttplate just a smidge and maybe add a pistol grip reinforcement plate. There are some other small details I plan on mentioning, but I'm just assuming right now you haven't gotten there yet.
Already had the polymer slightly toned down but it was barely noticeable, fixed that now. Curved the buttplate a little bit and added a reinforcement plate. Aside from bolt carrier and safety lever, I still need to add stock rivets or whatever they're called and the little part on the mag release housing that I assume prevents the safety from overrotating.

The great thing about having your own nation is having the choice to not have the best, or even good choices of weapons. That's what makes it fun. Look around the internet and find weapons, then ask people here about the pros and cons of said weapons.
