Our nation's greatest scourge is the KRDA (Kincadian Redevelopment Agency), which has long outlived its purpose and is simply a money pit nowadays. Back in 1932, following the Mortado, a great genocide of the Kincadian people, who are a minority in our nation, the Kincadian culture and population was in shambles. Only about a million KIncadians survived the Mortado, and thus there was a great need for population growth and general redevelopment of the people. Thus, in February of 1932, the revolutionary government, which had defeated the nationalistic dictatorship just over a year before, established the KRDA to help revitalize the Kincadian culture. Its main legislative body was to be its Council, consisting of 19 people elected by Kincadians. Under the supervision of the provisional government, the KRDA was thriving and was beloved by the people. The KRDA introduced monetary bonuses and tax breaks to families, which increased with the number of children they had. By February of 1934, the Kincadian population had increased by almost 30%. However, problems arose when an elected government arrvied in June 1934. The agency was greatly mismanaged and became increasingly corrupt. Although the original founders of the agency foresaw its lifespan to be a maximum twelve years, it still existed in 1950. It led to rampant social issues, such as poverty, welfare dependence, teenage pregnancy and drug addiction. Today, the agency is doing nothing to combat the issues it created, and it has achieved the exact opposite of its original goal.

They were founded to deal with the rising problem of spies in our country and to spy on every other country in 1912.They were allowed to do anything in the name of "National Security".They could arrest people on the spot,frisk anyone even government officials(execpt for the President),Etc.They have been accused of murder,invasion of privacy,mass torture,and much more.Even though spies in our country have not been spotted since 1998, they still receive hundreds of millions of dollars in funding each year.

Federal Police Department (FPD)

Created as the department to control all matters relating to law and order on the federal/national scale, they are extremely ineffective and rarely succeed in catching criminals. The average FPD success rate of finding criminals responsible for major crimes is 8%. Most of the policing, however happens at the local level (due to the federal inefficiency).

The Federal Police Department are also prevented from doing their jobs as nearly all criminals are acquitted due to lack of evidence (as the privacy laws are very strict on methods of investigation).

Wizlandian Army

The Wizlandian Army is extremely unequipped and untrained for war, and mainly consists of unhealthy and impoverished volunteers simply aiming to get free food and shelter. Indeed, if a war were to occur, the Wizlandian Navy and Wizlandian Air Force are the only institutions that may prevent total defeat (though they are also suffering from lack of funds). However, this is not too much of a problem because Wizlandia is an island hundreds of miles away from the nearest nation.

Other Inefficient Agencies that used to exist are the Federal Welfare Department (FWD), the Environmental Conservation & Protection Agency (ECPA) and the Social Security & Welfare Bureau (SSWB).

If it means the agency that causes the most inconvenience to people's lives, then arguably the Ministry of the Interior is responsible for such limitations. It erects roadblocks, creates traffic regulations, collects taxes, and basically does all the unpopular work that the government has. But people generally put up with it because they understand that these things are needed to maintain a peaceful, orderly society.

Depends upon what you mean by 'worst', Greater Mackonia has a ton of governmental agencies often overlapping in responsibility due to the hyper-competitive and almost darwinian nature of the political system, where hundreds of ruthless careerists scheme and plot against each other in vain attempts to please...or kill their superiors.

Although it is portrayed by the media and perceived by many as an inefficient behemoth which can never do anything right the Council for Economic Direction responsible for central planning and direction is actually fairly competent, but very corrupt, earning a nickname of 'permit-ocracy'. Most of the lesser bureaucrats working there are only planning to work their for a few years to 'raise funds' for greater things and the corporatistic nature of Mackonian Socialism/Capitalism* naturally leads to some corruption.

However in terms of brutality (and often efficiency) the six competing,paramilitary secret police services are all notable culprits, they all operate with unbashed ruthlessness and contempt of any civil rights or laws, torturing,blackmailing,assassinating,stalking and harassing whoever their overlords please. These agencies are in a secretive war against one another, an unspoken truth in Greater Mackonia, leading to mass surveillance of a truly horrific scale, they are usually loyal to various high ranking party members embroiled in the struggle for Potentateship...or the Potentate himself. Their arrests are bad enough when it is genuine, but increasingly perfectly innocent civilians are seeing themselves caught up in the intrigues of 'The Shadow State' for absurd reasons such as quota fulfillment or simply to secure bribes.

*The terms are used indistinguishably depending on who the truthfully Meritocratic government are trying to woo.

That really depends. Either the COG, the CIGC, or any of the organizations run by the Department of National Security would qualify as the 'worst'. The former due to its goals of covertly assassinating hostile leaders and performing works of sabotage, either physical or political, on Saurisia's enemies, the CIGC due to its shadiness in how it deals with terrorists, guerrillas, and foreign spies, and the latter due to the entire Department basically being a mild secret and culture police force.

The most controversial, however, if the Royal Alizerian Intelligence Service (RAIS) which is tasked with monitoring foreign governments and individuals. It's controversial due to the fact that almost all of its activities are suppressed by the Official Secrets Act as well as because it tends to share information with Alizerian allies - which many Alizerians oppose due to the fact that they consider it a breach of Alizeria's policy of remaining neutral in all foreign conflicts.

To be honest. Probably the Former Holy Geneva Command. This organisation was first set up to take stewardship of the dissolved one time rival Holy Geneva and annex 'the good bits' of territory while fostering a 250land friendly and dependent government. While it has managed to set up some sort of friendly government (headed by the Holy Geneva Committee of Public Safety) their influence is however limited to the capital and in some of the north. as for the other ambitions? Not a one has been achieved and the Awesome Army and WA are entrenched in a long and bitter war with various elements trying to bring peace to the Former Holy Geneva.

It is the branch of government which hires individuals to sit around and do research to answer questions posed by other nations, much like this one. The results are often lacking in professional vocabulary, a modest amount of research, and are filled with personal opinions and jokes which the members of the branch shamelessly toss out for other nations to see, giving untrue views as to the views and real status of Hladgos.
