The Foreign Affairs & Trade Department of The Republic Government as of the present is led by William S. "Bill" Goldberg in his capacity as the appointed Secretary of Foreign Affairs. On behalf of The Republic Government, we do wish to invite nations to partake in the establishment of diplomatic missions within the influence of The Felucian Planetary Republic.
Locations:
There are three locations of an embassy, one on Earth, one on Naboo and one on Coruscant.
1: Lunar Tower, Octavian Islands, Earth:
The Lunar Tower is a new large building constructed by the Carrington Institute for political business and international matters for the Republic and all other nations of the world. The building sits on the De'Jahun Hills in front of the Pacific Coast on the 20 Mile Island "Melody", the largest of the Octavian Islands with a beautiful view. The Lunar Tower stands at approximately 400 feet tall, covering a little over half a mile of land. The building has 3 twenty car garages, 4 landing pads for each embassy, and a private hanger for any major diplomats. If the Republic is ever in war, the ambassadors would be transported back to their home nations to keep them safe until the conflict is over with.
2: Lucerne Tower, Theed, Naboo:
The Lucerne Tower is the headquarters of one of the most powerful corporations in the Felucian Planetary Republic, dataDyne Corporation. Even though it is the headquarters of dataDyne, it is not used for company business. The building is instead used for political business and international matters. The building stands at three hundred forty-nine feet, has twenty-two floors, four twenty car garages, and thirteen landing pads for each embassy. The Lucerne Tower covers over three square miles of land and is heavily protected by Armored Assault Tanks (AAT's), 1.1"/75 caliber guns, 3"/50 caliber guns, and squadrons of N-1 Starfighters for any approaching/ongoing wars. If the Republic is ever in war, the ambassadors would be transported back to their home nations to keep them safe until the conflict is over with.
3: Senate Building, Republic City, Coruscant
In the lower regions of the Senate Building, there is a eight floor section which contains offices for ambassadors and their guards. The lower regions of the Senate building are the least protected, but are still heavily guarded by Clone Troopers and often Red Guards. The embassy areas have one five car garage for each embassy, and three landing pads for each embassy, this is for the possibility of large amounts of vehicles. If the Republic is ever in war, the ambassadors would be transported back to their home nations to keep them safe until the conflict is over with, though more quickly at the Senate Building than any other Embassy Buildings due to the Senate Building being one of the main parts of the Republic Government and since it is in the Capital of the Republic itself.
Rules and Regulations:
Ambassadors will be aloud no more than three transports as they proceed through Republic Airspace. One of said escorts will be allowed to remain in orbit, on a rotating basis with replacements, around either Naboo or one of its three moons; Ohma D'un, Rori or Tasia. All vehicles may be armored but not armed. All Republic Laws are to be followed outside of embassy grounds, but anything may be done within embassy grounds (anything not including rape, alcohol, hiding criminals, or murder).
