The Claymore is the most important ship in the GDF navy during the Gaian-Ragon War. Along it's sister ship-Halberd.
Think it has adequate support?

Soon. Through. I will be able to draw ships.
For now, this will do.

o The Tune is a Biological agent that upon contact with the skin or inhalation causes the nerves to begin firing randomly leading to cramps, intense pain, crippling pleasure and other strange sensations. It is incredibly difficult to get out of the body once present and it will go into remission shortly after the initial infection before randomly flaring up later. If not treated with blood transfusions and antidotes properly or if vast qualities are ingested rapidly it can cause severe brain and spinal damage.
o World Warper is a deforestation chemical agent that rapidly eats through weak biological matter turning it into a tar like paste. Acting like a powerful acid this substance can render trees and other foliage into a dark and moldy sludge in only a few hours. When used on humans it causes deep skin damage and blood poisoning but is usually not fatal if properly treated. In addition to creating acidic pools where forests used to stand this chemical is also laced with special proteins that help virus grow in the ooze promoting further biological attacks.
o Chemical Crowley is a gaseous compound that causes rapid and powerful rust in weak and unprotected metals. While not effective against most military technology it can be devastating against computers, ammunition, and light aircrafts.
o Black Milk is an insidious biological agent that causes vivid and dangerous hallucinations in anyone that ingests it. It resembles a cocktail of Cocaine, PCP, and LSD that binds to the adrenaline centers of a person’s body. Any high stress events, such as a firefight, will cause the bacteria to spread through the blood stream and be released as sweat, literally coating the victim inside and out with a hallucinogenic compound. Hallucinations are typically nightmarish due to the warlike environment they take place in, normally turning soldiers into scared shambling idiots or raving lunatics that kill indiscriminately. Drugs can suppress the symptoms but if not treated with gene therapy it will cause severe hormone and cardiovascular damage.

Could you create a self propelled 130 mm/70 (5.1") AK-130? My idea is to take a gun from the AK130 (just the gun, none of the other naval gun auto loading stuff or anything like that), make it manually loaded then mount it on a tracked chassis.0
Could it be done?
I just found out that the AK-130 has a range of around 75km and I think it would be quite the SPG if it could be created

If we were to rank helicopter signatures by importance, I would argue:
1. Acoustic (non line of sight!)
2. Infrared (day/night)
3. Radar (all weather and illumination conditions)
4. Visible*
*Visible signature is of low importance because visibility drops dramatically every day.

to be brutally honest most of them seem completely implausible well apart from the first bit of the last one which was the plot of a CSI episode. On the rusting thing a catalyst that accelerates oxidation reactions might be theoretically possible but probably already exists and is unlikely to be as dramatic as you want. The tree meter could perhaps work if you had something that attacked starch and reduced plant cells to a big pile of sugars. Again such things exist and they absolutely aren't capable of acting like you intend. These aren't awful ideas but you'll need to put a lot more reading into chemical and biological processes to make them sound even remotely plausible.

If you want regular heavy artillery you can do it the way you want. But given the low caliber (as in not something where each shot is worth its weight like 200mm+) you will still want to have at least a rotating turret and proper aiming systems.
