No ideologies are banned. Certain parties are banned if they adhere to anti-democratic ideologies, but the ideologies themselves are not banned. For example, it is perfectly legal to propagate, endorse, or publish Marxist-Leninist ideas, but it is not legal to establish a Marxist-Leninist political party.

Officially no ideologies are banned or illegal. Unofficially, anyone openly subscribing to or trying to spread any ideas that are revolutionary or otherwise try to upset the status quo or threaten the governing elite will be punished severely.

It is frightening to see how seemingly 'democratic' or 'free' nations ban ideologies right off the bat. Cisere is a free and democratic empire. We don't do that and we strongly discourage any other seemingly 'free' or 'democratic' nation from doing that. That goes against the principles of freedom and democracy.

Pro-Communist (excluding socialism and semi-socialism), Fascists, Anarchists, Nazists, ISIS supporters(or anything to do with them) and authoritarians are discriminated, yet there is a communist party that are still deemed legal (mostly because every supporter had sworn that they have had any contact with Che Guevara, otherwise it will be the death penalty for not owning up).

By law we have complete freedom of speech, so technocally we don't have anny banned ideology.
But anything that leads to hate, racism, terrorism is prohibited. So people can get arrested by spreading ideologies involving these things.

No ideologies are outlawed, though since the recent banning of a proposed Nazi rally in Port Stilton by personal order of the Doge, the question of what ideologies can be publicly expressed is an unresolved one. It should be noted that the louder and more radical a political group is, the more likely most Melvonians will respond to it with that eye-roll-and-weary-sigh that they do so well.

No ideologies are banned. Political associations and parties can be banned if they plan to create violence or insurrection, but this only because of their methods, not their ideology.

The Communist Party was briefly banned in 1953, but the High Court ruled the law was unconstitutional.

No ideologies are banned, it would be hard to enforce, and allow politicians to ban ideologies because "They are too far left" or they are "Too far right" for their own political gain, however the Equusian Special Operations Regiment has been... Interrogating... suspected Islamic terrorists, but this is all classified to the public of course.
