Welcome to the Foreign Affairs Office,
Formed as the official office regarding foreign affairs in 1823 by the imperial government under King Peter II, His Majesty's Foreign Affairs Office wishes to reach out and seek diplomacy with other nation via trade, embassies, and other means to ensure a mutual bond of friendship and good will. His Majesty's Foreign Affairs Office is responsible for promoting and ensuring interest of the entire Federated Commonwealth, her dominions, colonies, republics and member states both in domestic and foreign policies and treaties. HMFAO was also established to support and protect Pravene citizens and businesses living and working abroad internationally outside of the Pravene maritime and territorial borders.
The office manages affairs regarding such treaties, policies, and provides support for citizens living abroad both in immigration, financial aide, ensuring Pravene interest and promoting investments and attendance with high class Universities and other educational studies. The office works in numerous cities, colonies, dominions and republics able to manage over 32,000 personnel and 480 offices globally in varying areas. The official head of the Foreign Office is that of Count Victor Perez, appointed by His Majesty's government and His Majesty himself to lead and manage on the behalf of the Royal Crown of Pravengria and the Greater, Pravene Commonwealth.
His Majesty would like to encourage diplomatic process through embassies, treaties, and other diplomatic accounts be directed to this office, and hopes that upon working with, and establishing ties will indefinitely strengthen bi-national relations and improve friendship.
Safety Regards for Embassies.
- All Embassies have access to Auxiliary Personnel of the Pravene Defence Force and the Commonwealth Guard. Each Embassy has an office nearby [Usually just down the street] Of Paramedics, Fire and Rescue, and Security Teams in case of Emergency.
- All Embassies [Due to requirements by Federal and International Law] have a 3 meter high wall that surrounds the complex, fitted with security cameras and motion sensors that are operated inside the Command Central of the Embassy.
- All Embassies are outfitted with a two-story basement complex, with reinforced concrete.
- All Embassies have a Panic Room at the lowest level, fitted with reinforced concrete, blast-bar, emergency tunnel [for exiting]. As per Federal Regulations Panic Rooms are required to be free of obstruction and are able to withstand a direct hit from a bomb or explosive. The doors are electronically, and Manually locked, and are designed with a blast proof material to ensure maximum safety. Room also features it's own oxygen supply, back-up generator, and an integrated alarm system.
- Ambassador and Ambassadorial Personnel are considered a top priority in regards to Protection.
- Per Federal and Royal Decree, if conflict breaks out between the party that has an embassy and the Commonwealth, the Embassy is voided of any conflict. Embassies are considered Neutral Territory by Pravengria and therefore are not subject to any form of military action.

Greetings from His Majesty's Foreign Affairs Office Command in Saxonopl', Pravengria. I am Count Victor Perez, I would like to thank you on behalf of the Crown of Pravengria, for your attentive correspondence pertaining to the missive at hand, reciprocally written personally to your desk in hopes to promote the well being of bi-national relations.
I'd like to start out that I am writing to notify representatives of interested parties of the official re-establishment of the Foreign Office programme in the Federated Commonwealth of Pravengria. In hopes that various matters of Diplomatic Importance may be mutually agreed upon in respect of promoting peace and fundamental prosperity from one nation to another.
Pravengria who manages numerous dominions, colonies and territories abroad on the multi-regional level understands the importance of mutual diplomacy to strengthen and further ties with foreign representatives in regards to both international travel of Pravene citizens, along with the immense University programmes that operate through out the Commonwealth and friendly establishments of embassies and diplomatic missions.
I, under the Crown and authority of His Majesty would like to thank you for taking the time to acknowledge this missive, and to declare the HIMFAO open to foreign representative interest in establishing diplomatic ties with the Commonwealth. We sincerely hope that your honourable governments will look forward to establishing ties, and sharing and promoting interests regarding mutual peace with His Majesty's Government.

Regulations
Rules, regulations and requirements
i. Embassies within the Federated Commonwealth are required to be established in the name of peace, security, friendship and the citizens. This means all militaristic actions will have to be justified and explained to the Office of Foreign Affairs and His Majesty's Government.
i.i. Applications that do not abide by this requirement will be rejected.
i.ii. Nations with embassies, consulate-generals and/or consulates within the Federated Commonwealth who fail to abide by this requirement will have all diplomatic staff deported and the diplomatic building will be vacated following a fair trial and the diplomatic processes established terminated.
ii. All Ambassadors (or equivalent ranking diplomats) are granted diplomatic immunity.
ii.i Invalid if linked to first-tier crimes as defined by the Declaration of Victim Right(s), which include murder, manslaughter and serious violence.
ii.ii. Diplomatic immunity is not granted to other diplomats, apart from the Deputy Ambassador (or equivalent ranking diplomat) when the Ambassador is not appointed or unavailable.
iii. The land plot in which the embassy is established upon is under the Federal Juridstiction of the Commonwealth in regards to utilities, and is recognized and maintained by the owner once occupied and considered sovereign property of the nation who established the mission.
iv. Once diplomatic staff leave the grounds of the diplomatic building, they are expected to respect laws and property of the Commonwealth in regards to both Provincial and Federal laws.
iv.i. This means that weapons are not permitted outside the grounds of the embassy building without being licensed for public ownership by the Federal Arms Regulation Commission and must be concealed upon departure.
v. All weapons must be inspected and certified for private ownership by the Federal Arms Regulation Commission, before Ambassadorial Security or staff leave the premise. A maximum of one rifle/assaukt-rifle/Sub-machine gun per security staff member, two side arms per security staff member and three other weapons (swords, knives, pepper spray, tazers, etc) per security staff member are allowed. Armed vehicles are strictly illegal.
v.i. Uncertified private ownership of weapons within the Federated Commonwealth is a vindictive crime, and all diplomatic staff will be deported and the embassy building will be vacated.
vi. There is a limit of fifteen diplomatic staff members, ten security staff members and eighty service staff members allowed.
vii. Hiring locally is allowed and encouraged.
viii. Drugs such as Narcotics regardless of recreational use excluding that of Cannabis are not permitted within the Federated Commonwealth. Any foreign commission that attempts to enter the country with such will be denied access, any use of such drugs on Embassy property or outside of Embassy property will result in the deportation of the accused staff.
i.viii. Repeated abuse will result in termination of the mission and complete deportation.
ii.viii. Alcohol is permitted.
vix. In case of a security issue when the lives of the Mission/Embassy are in direct threat to attack, the Federal government possesses the right to enforce a lock-down of the embassy for a set time, and to ask for acceptance of additional security of the respective Provincial Police to be deployed to the mission to prevent harm in said attack. In which case, the Ambassador of the Mission will be notified of the situation in earnest in order to keep members of the staff safe.
i.vix In case of a lock-down, the Mission under the Immunity Law must notify respective security personnel within the Mission before entering the establishment, and must be given approval by the Mission to do so.

Corelliana District
The Corelliana Disctrict is a section within the coastal city of Corelliana in the Frestizia Province. The District sits within the 'Old Town' sector of the city brazened with the Sante Carlo beaches, and the bay of Julio. The weather remains mostly warm before getting cool during the winter, most days of the year experience sunny skies with a scenic display of the bay. Corelliana is endoused with culture and cuisine that features many exotic and native foods both domestic and abroad, the most famous dish is that of Plate d'Ellosio, saute shrimp covered in a light sage-butter sided with freshly cooked crab meat that has been stuffed with various herbs and covered in a little Olive oil. For those looking for a place unlike any other beachside retreat, and enjoys the many shopping markets, nice people, and high class restaurants, Corelliana is the spot.
D'Elma District
The D'Elma district sits within the Val d'Elma in the city of Garsa. The District gets a wide 360 view of the valley in the quiet city of Garsa and is well known for it's night life featuring many pubs, bars, and casino assortments. The weather within Val d'Elma is relatively temperate with mild summers and cold winters, and retains a cool blue sky with the Isabel Mountains in the East blocking most of the tropical storms. Crime in the city is practically non-existent making it a safe place to live in and has many middle and high class families. Definitely a place for those looking for a quiet by day, fun at night city full of relaxation and recreational activities.
