The United Covenant's ruling party, the New Order Party, heavily encourages civic nationalism, with the phrase "United we stand, divided we fall." being commonly used by major members of the party.

Because of these beliefs, racism is heavily discouraged in the United Covenant. Children are taught tolerance in school, and racist expression is a minor crime, unless its done for artistic purposes.

People tend to use racist vocabulary and humor without any real racist intent. Actual hate speech is unheard of among most of us as we don't really associate certain phenomena or characteristics of people and groups with races. Racial groups don't receive special treatment or protection from the government however, as there is no government here.

Public discrimination in the work place (public and private) is illegal as well as acting out against a person (physically or financially. Do we have racist? Well yes that is sadly a by product of allowing people to think freely and independently is that some will form such views wether or not it's based in fact however we've seen as steady decline in race related crimes over the past 80 years and statistics support further racial inclusion into other groups and aspects of society. So we are not perfect but we are improving.

For a nation with a majority of white people. Racism is more or less. Racism happens to immigrants from poor countries of America, Aficans and black people. But as people here is not rude, then there are not so many cases of racism, as in European nations. Several people of Haiti move their country to come to South. Some have difficulty, but many get a good job if anyone is racist here takes 10 months or 1 year in prison

However, racism is still fairly common, especially in rural areas, small-towns and poorer areas of cities. Blacks and the indigenous Runmi are the ones most often subject to discrimination, due to being the most common non-white ethnicity in the country, although all non-Nordics (and among some, all non-Breheimians) face discrimination to some extent if they stray out of tourist areas and the more cosmopolitan cities.

In politics, the Patriots of Breheim (the most mainstream far-right nationalist party) is often accused of being racist, and rarely bothers to deny these statements. Ulf Sjøfarer, leader of the party, famously stated that "Its better to be racist than gay."

Even the slightest racist remark in public can end in arrest or a visit from the People's Protection Bureau (secret police). The minimum charge is two years hard labor, and regular sensitivity training classes. This way there is no racism. Any repeat offenders 'disappear' if you get what I'm saying.

Racism - that is, prejudice plus power - is practically non-existent here as we lack almost all forms of institutional hierarchy. Racial discrimination and prejudice in general are extremely uncommon, as racial identities simply don't exist in our heavily integrated, genofixed society. Negative attitudes towards non-humans are fairly common, however.
