Your economy does. Talk to some IIer's. I am just saying that as constructive criticism. If you what to be taken seriously then you need to read the Stickies. Your economy would tank trying to build one of those considering that you only have 297 potential workers to build such an advanced ship.

Funny. I never heard of this rule. From what I know the generally accepted limit is one capital ship per million people (or five hundred thousand. Or 982,912.49521. Something.) That would mean that he is capable of, in FT terms, supporting 297 such vessels.

OMG would be correct. Just because you are tiny does not mean you cannot have an advanced warship. Depending on how well a person can rp it, a smaller nation with fewer ships can beat a larger nation with more. Never underestimate good roleplay.
