23 year old Private Amanda Thompson lost her life this evening in a shootout along the southern border with Mexico's drug cartels.
The drug cartels began attempts to get within Laredo's borders in 2011. Over these past few years a total of 8 troops have been killed while defending our nation from the chaotic drugs of the outside.
Congress is planning to address whether it would be wise to join Mexico in joint operations against the cartels. Speaker of the House Dominic Mercer had this to say:
"This tragic death of one of our soldiers reminds us that sometimes we need to go outside our borders to protect the interior. Just as the National Security Corps has worked with the CIA and other world intelligence agencies in the war on terror, our special operations force must cooperate with Mexico on eliminating the threat of the anarchistic cartels."
The Speaker also went on to mention the possibility of increasing military spending for a planned drone project. However he would not discuss any details.

Today, photos have surfaced of 35 year-old Marine Strike Commander Natasha Romanoff and her 27 year-old actress girlfriend Valeria Galina sharing hot kisses on the beaches of the southernmost region of Kaukasia on their romantic getaway. There has been widespread media coverage on the subject and People's Representative Natalia Romanova has commented on the photos herself.

Limited Human Emancipation controversy continues.

The latest hearing in the General Assembly today ended with no results again, as the hardline fraction denounced the proposed Bill of Limited Human Emancipation as "unpatriotic and un-Sidh". Representatives of the military voiced the most vocal criticism of the bill, several strategoi threatening to resign in protest. Archistrategos Arcadius Drax, commander of the Alpha Legion and leader of the hardline fraction within the military, passionately denounced the bill as "[expletive deleted] disgrace and a spit in the face of all Sidhae who have laid down their lives for the glory of the Imperium against these [expletive deleted] human vermin." Dr. Aldo Drantous, Dean of the Social Science Faculty of the Imperial University of New Aedun and one of the most prominent pro-emancipation activists countermanded this statement by proclaiming that "it is counter-productive to the advancement of the Imperium to continue denying basic legal protection to what represents almost 25% of the Imperium's population" and urged the exalted Empress to "listen to men of science and reason rather than bigoted jingoist militarists" in this matter. The hearing had to be ended prematurely as a violent brawl erupted between members of hardline and liberal fractions following this statement. ArchStr. Drax later reportedly expressed an intent to challenge Dr. Drantous to a duel.

Skargh incursion repelled

Today, Kappa Sector Command confirmed that the Skargh raid on Aldaar III has been successfuly repelled with minimal casualties. Cohortarch Valerius Focht, commander of Aldaar III garrison, stated in an official interview that "thanks to the preparedness of the troops, the effectiveness of the early warning system in the Aldaar star system and the timely arrival of Imperial Navy reinforcements, citizens of Aldaar III were in no significant danger for the duration of the engagement". Meanwhile, certain prominent inhabitants of Aldaar III who requested not to be named have stated that "while the military demonstrated admirable determination to defend the life and property of the citizens, the casualties were by no means light, and civilian deaths in fact reach into the hundreds of thousands". Chtr. Focht has dismissed these statements as "sensationalized exaggerations by a few nay-sayers and attention seekers". He has already been commended for promotion by Sector Command.

Things are quiet here, with the most noteworthy news being our recent condemnation by Commieland. This has generally been a boon to our Arms Manufacturing Industry, with stock prices up nearly across the board in response to this news. Guns fly off the shelves, with more than half of local ATF stores in the capital reporting that they are sold out of firearms.

SEDITION ACT STAYS,SAYS PRESIDENT
The Sedition Act will remain, President Musa Jamal Assan announced today, going back on his promise two years ago to repeal the colonial-era law enacted to fight the communist threat.
But changes will be made to the act, said Musa, who is also Ayermani National Party (Anap) president.
"This act will not only be maintained, but strengthened. At least two items: there will be a special provision to protect the sanctity of Islam, while other religions also cannot be insulted,"said Musa today in his policy speech at the Anap general assembly.
Musa said he decided this after considering feedback from Anap deputy president Malcolm Lim,Anap grassroot members, as well as non-governmental organisations.
"Hence I, as the president, decided that the Sedition Act 1948 will remain," he said, amid roars of approval from the delegates gathered at the Capital Hotel Convention Centre in Gua Dalam.
He said this was Anap's wish, adding that he believed it was also the people of Ayermani's.
"Enforcement must be fair so that we can truly create a Ayermanian country that is more peaceful, stable and harmonious."
But,Musa said he personally would not allow the indigenous races to be damned and insulted in its own land.
"I will continue to fight for the fate of the indigenous people of Ayermani."
Musa said in his commitment towards fighting for the rights of his own race, he and other Anap leaders would convene at least once a month to discuss the strengthening of the indigenous economy.
"The Anap government is one that fulfils its promises."
Musa first announced the plan to abolish the act in June 2012, to be replaced by a National Harmony Act. The Sedition Act was amended five times with the last one in 1975.
Of late, there have been growing calls among opposition leaders, social activists and NGOs to repeal the Act given that many, apart from politicians, have been hauled up under this legislation.
But, Musa's plan to abolish the act faced objections from Anap leaders and right-wing groups.
In his policy speech yesterday,Anap Youth chief Anuar Syaiful said Ayermani would be ruined without an act that punished people for committing sedition.
Similarly,Anap Women's chief Mumtaza Greiss said in her winding-up speech yesterday that the act must stay to protect the security, stability and harmony of the country.–FREE AYERMANI PRESS (FAP),November 27, 2014.

Activist group urges Ayermani Central Bank to expose ‘sweetheart deals’ involving government cronies
After failing to get President Musa Jamal Assan to come clean on a AY$240 million (US$80 million) loan to carpet dealer Salim Khan,London-based opposition group;Movement for a New Democratic Ayermani (Manda) has now trained its guns on Ayermani Central Bank (ACB), urging it to reveal similar “sweetheart deals” where mega loans are given out to government cronies of “dubious financial standing”.
Manda’s secretary-general
Image
Eyan Ricky (pic) said the country’s central bank should also come clean and fully account for similar deals involving those linked to government officials but did not have the financial credibility.
“Failure to do so would only lend suspicion that Ayermani National Party (Anap;Ayermani's ruling party) leaders are running the country not for public good but for the private benefit of their cronies,” he said in a statement today.
“It would also compromise ACB’s international reputation of ensuring a sound financial system when loans can be given out based solely on political patronage and pay-offs.”
Eyan was commenting on the recent expose by Yun Li,the former the chairman of the State-owned Citizens' Bank, who had told the Free Ayermani Press (FAP) that Salim Khan had used political connections to settle a loan amounting to AY$240 million without any interest calculated due to the intervention of Ayermani's Trade and Industry Minister Mohan Kumar.
“ACB’s loud and ominous silence over the AY$240 million Citizens' Bank loan scandal echoes the president’s lack of commitment to principles of accountability and integrity necessary towards establishing a sound financial system,”said Eyan.
Two days ago,Eyan had called on President Musa to come clean on the scandal and show due regard for accountability and transparency.
“Musa should explain to the public this expose by Yun Li because the VIP (Salim Khan) concerned is closely related to Anap leaders.
“Musa should also explain the basis of Citizens' Bank giving out this loan. Was it purely political or were proper procedures and due diligence complied with when Citizens' Rakyat issued the AY$240 million loan to the VIP?” he had said.
Eyan,a UK-trained lawyer, claimed today that both Musa and ACB had “failed miserably” by their refusal to come clean on this issue.
“Is this easy repayment option without interest available to other ordinary Ayermanians who borrow from banks? Would Mohan Kumar apply political interference on behalf of ordinary borrowers to allow repayments without interest over a 10-year period?” he asked.
In FAP report on Monday,Yun Li had alleged that his tenure as the chairman of Citizens' Bank was not extended due to a AY$240 million loan application made by Salim Khan who has links to the President Musa's administration.
Salim Khan had sought the assistance of Mohan Kumar, who had allegedly told the bank: “I can sack all of you”.
The carpet dealer had offered 120 post-dated cheques to be cashed in by the bank over a 10-year period as the loan settlement without interest.
Yun Li had told the Citizens' Bank board of directors to initially reject the compromise offered by Salim Khan to settle his outstanding debt.
“Ten years to pay off a debt without interest, that means the bank will be the big loser in the end,”Yun Li had said.
According to Yun Li,after the decision was made,Mohan Kumar was dissatisfied and refused to sign the letter extending his tenure as Citizens' Bank chairman.
“My term was to end on November 28,2014 and ACB had agreed to extend my contract, but Mohan Kumar refused to sign it,” Yun Li had said.
Yun Li had also showed FAP a letter signed by Mohan Kumar instructing Citizens' Bank to proceed according to the terms of the compromise.
The incident reached boiling point when Citizens' Bank managing director Umar Ngik was instructed to raise the issue before the board of directors.
The board was instructed to agree with the method of repayment in January,2015.
Calling it a “clear abuse of power”,Eyan Ricky said the minister’s refusal to sign a letter to extend Yun Li’s tenure as chairman of the bank because he opposed the AY$240 million interest-free loan, could also indicate corruption.
“ACB should launch a full investigation to protect is credibility and integrity as a professional regulator for public interest, not for the private and political interest of cronies and Anap leaders,”Eyan added. –FAP,NOV 28, 2014

Ayermani student activist jailed for sedition
Gua Dalam,AYERMANI-An Ayermanian court on Friday sentenced a student activist to 10 months in jail for sedition, sparking renewed calls from rights groups to repeal a colonial-era legislation increasingly used by the government to stifle dissent.
The guilty verdict against
Image
Abila Jafri,20,(pic) follows a recent wave of charges under the Sedition Act, including three lawyers in the past two weeks and a respected university lecturer on Tuesday.
Rights group called on the Southeast Asian nation to end its "alarming use" of the law, while dozens of students staged a protest on Friday to urge President Musa Jamal Assan to honour his 2012 pledge to repeal the act.
Musa said on Friday that the government would continue to use the act until a more fine-tuned law to curb hate speech could be passed. The new legislation is expected to be ready by end of 2015.
"I want to issue a warning that the existing law will be imposed on anyone attempting to jeopardise peace. This is certainly in force", he was quoted by the national news agency Benar as saying.
"We must look for a formula where we provide space for the freedom of speech, but at the same time, there must be a limit."
Earlier on Friday, a Gua Dalam district court sentenced activist Abila to 28 months in jail. The court allowed her to remain free pending appeal.
Abila was found guilty of sedition, which carries a maximum penalty of three years in jail for a speech she made that allegedly encouraged people to topple the government.
Musa's party-Ayermani National Party (Anap) which has ruled the country since independence in 1948, lost the popular vote for the first time in a general election last year but managed to retain control of parliament through what critics described as gerrymandering.
Used 'selectively'
In a noisy protest Friday outside the home ministry in the administrative capital of Gua Dalam, about 500 students called on the government to abolish the sedition law.
"The Sedition Act is not relevant. It's used selectively. It's not fair", said Ginjul Bongol,a 22-year-old student leader.
More than 110 NGOs also formed a coalition on Friday to urge the government to repeal the act and drop all existing charges.
Ayermani's opposition is also planning a series of protests.
Human rights groups say at least 15 people had been charged or investigated under the Sedition Act this year, accusing the government of "fostering a climate of repression".
Police on Thursday questioned reporter Ruluk Puti for nine hours over an article she had written based on an interview with an opposition politician who complained about police treatment in detention.
Ruluk, who works for independent online news portal Free Ayermani Press, was released late on Thursday pending further investigations under the sedition law.
Musa had promised to abolish the act as part of a drive to claw back sliding support, but the reforms have lost momentum amid a pushback from conservative hardliners in his party.

Ayermani National News Agency (Benar)-Always Truthful

Postby Ayermani » Mon Dec 01, 2014 2:20 am

Government slashes petrol prices! The price of RON95 petrol for the month of December has reduced by four sen, bringing the price to AY$2.26 (US$0.75) per litre on Monday, from AY$2.30 previously.
The price of diesel, however, will see a three-sen increase from the current AY$2.20 per litre.
Trade and Industry Ministry secretary-general Awangku Besar said an official announcement on the increase would be made at 8pm today.
The current price of RON95 is RM2.30 per litre.
“The ministry will issue a notice on the new fuel prices to oil companies and petrol station dealers at 8pm tomorrow (today), and will take effect from 12.01am on Dec 1 (Monday),”said Awangku Besar.
“We have been monitoring the global fuel price for the month of November and there has been a downward trend. The price of Brent crude is now hovering around US$70 (AY$210) per barrel.
“There should not be an increase in global oil prices, given that the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries had not indicated any reduction in exports,” he told the State-news agency Benar yesterday.
On Nov 21, its minister,Mohan Kumar, had said fuel subsidies for RON95 and diesel would be removed from Dec 1 following the implementation of a managed float system.
Under the system, the monthly average of the world crude oil price would determine the retail fuel prices of the following month.
Awangku Besar said in the event of an increase in fuel prices, ministry enforcement officials had been tasked with ensuring traders did not hike up the prices of goods, especially of essential items.
This,he said, would be carried out under the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 1998.
“Traders usually take advantage of any hike in fuel prices.By right, they should reduce the price of goods if fuel prices decrease, but the cost of an item depends on many factors that we will have to study.
“The ministry will issue a notice to traders who have increased their prices and require them to reply to us within 14 days to justify the hike,” said Awangku Besar.
“If they fail to do so,offenders can be brought to court and fined up to AY$300,000 (US$100,000) or imprisoned for not more than three years, or both.
“Companies can be fined up to AY$1.2 million (US$400,000) for the first offence and up to AY$15 million (US$5 million) for subsequent offences.”
Federation of Ayermanian Consumer Associations vice-president Taburus Rayo said traders should reduce the price of items following a reduction in fuel prices.
“If the fuel price decreases,we demand it to benefit the people, similar to how a cut in fuel subsidies had led to an increase in prices.
“One of the reasons for a price hike is the transportation cost. Hence, if the transportation cost is reduced, prices should go down.
“For example, the price of express bus tickets should also be reduced when there is a drop in oil prices,as the sector is directly
affected by it,”Taburus said, adding that he hoped the government would put in place stringent measures to monitor market prices.
Taburus said money saved from the removal of subsidies could be used to upgrade the public transport system.

more then 5 billion of Evilcians have rassembled themselves in front of the evilcian palace to protest the king decision to allow school to pass schildex course, they say sex is a personnal, and schools should not teach children how to have sex,. Marnady Evil, King of Evilcia, has said there was an act of urgency, and that actions had to be done

We need to be sure children know they have to respect the other sex, we need to be sure that boy don't learn through violence and that they respect female volunty, there is a urgency to pass, which is why I use my dictatorial power. to bipass legislature.

Evilcia is a very controversal subject for Fauzjhia, while the rest of the nation have election, Evilcia is a dictatorship as the power is as the hand of an unelect king. The last law that cause as much controverse was the mandatory criticism which forbid the media to not criticize the government, since the law, all law must criticize the government.

Evil Public Media say the new law is a clear Breach in human, it should be repealled.

The Ayermanian Coin-There is always 2 sides of a story

Postby Ayermani » Tue Dec 02, 2014 6:55 pm

President ill?Government says no!
President Jamal Musa Assan was admitted to a hospital in Munich,Germany early this morning, the online news Free Ayermani Press (FAP) alleges.
The 61-year old head of state, whose exact location had been a mystery since the weekend, arrived at the hospital in an unregistered grey Mercedes Benz S600,accompanied by a security detail furnished by the German government,a source told the FAP.
According to the source it is believed that President Musa will stay for a period of at least 14 days in Germany, where he is to receive treatment for his prostrate cancer and other ailments.
The hospital, said the source, is "one of the most prestigious and respected private hospitals in Munich" but did not provide specific details. The president is also expected to visit other specialised hospitals for treatment of heart and lung issues.
Those who accompanied him on this trip include his wife Siti Liza, his three children and other family members.
However, the Ayermani government has dismissed the story published by the FAP.
"It is not true,"said Ayermani Information and Communication Minister,Laila Zaidi, stressing that the president is in good health.
"I have read the story by the FAP.It is not true that the President is in hospital. He is in Germany on vacation with his family,"she said to reporters in a press conference after attending a ministry meeting in the Ayermanian capital.
"The President has expressed regret at the unfortunate reports being circulating concerning his health, and he has urged all peace-loving people of Ayermani to remain calm and united. The president will issue a statement from in due course,"she said, adding that the FAP was not a trustworthy source for news and that it was funded and run by enemies of Ayermani.

Assan family accused of massive corruption
An Ayermanian anti-government group in exile in London claimed today that President Musa Jamal Assan and his family are collectively worth US$21 billion (AY$63 billion).
The group-Ayermani Committee for Clean,Accountable and Transparent Government (AYCAT) claimed that the president himself is worth US$15 billion (AY$45 billion) and, according to the AYCAT, “is the richest man in Ayermani”… his wealth having been derived from “plundering the state during his three decades as President of Ayermani”.
Also wallowing in wealth are Musa’s sibling Perkasa Jamal Assan and his children Nazaree Medan Musa,Zyanna Puteri Musa, and Rahma Musa. Also in this elite loop is his wife,Siti Liza.
Lesser known to the masses are Musa’s other clan members, also “business magnets” worth millions in US dollar.
Disclosing these financial details in a 145-page report released in London in conjunction with the visit of the Ayermani Foreign Affairs Minister,Omarion Bolam, to the United Kingdom,AYCAT noted that “godfather” Musa and his family may have more “assets hidden in offshore districts”, which may be untraceable.
“The facts and figures of the Assan family are merely the tip of the iceberg as many family assets are likely to be hidden overseas or in offshore districts where information is virtually impossible to obtain.”
But the extensive research into Musa’s business in Ayermani and overseas had, however, uncovered the vast dimensions of the family’s illicit assets.
“This report aims to build up international pressure against the Assan family and provide investigating bodies, journalists,Ayermanians and interested parties with detailed evidence on the Assan financial empire.
“The report also aims to demonstrate the financial and political control that the Assan family has over Ayermani and provides profiles on the president and his family members, all of whom have financially benefited from the plundering of Ayermani’s resources,”it said.
The reports claimed that Musa abused his position as president and finance minister,to award his family members with timber and palm oil concessions, state contracts and directorships in Ayermani’s largest companies.
It notes that in 2009,ministry controlled 49.6% of the state’s operating expenditure of AY$15 (US$5 billion) and 80% of the state’s development expenditure of AY$3.08 billion (US$1.01 billion), with the other 10 ministers sharing the rest.
Musa’s sibling Perkasa Jamal Assan, who is the Speaker of the Ayermani National Assembly (ANA) and also in charge of the Rural Development Ministry has an alleged net worth of US$1.5 billion (AY$4.5 billion) and is the second richest man in Ayermani,

Meanwhile, responding to the AYCAT claims, the Ayermani Anti Corruption Commission (AACC) today urged the group to come forward if it had "concrete proof" that the president was corrupt.
“The AACC take serious note on the allegations brought forward by AYCAT related to land acquisition in Ayermani by companies linked to the family members of President Musa Jamal Assan.
“It would be very much appreciated if AYCAT hands us any information with regards to this matter,”AACC said in a press statement to the mainstream media.
The AACC then mentioned that they have never delayed any investigation on the president and added that they need time to investigate the matter thoroughly as various people are involved directly and indirectly in this particular case.
The AACC also stressed that it was important for all parties to cooperate in order for them to carry out their duty.
For the record,AACC is a government agency under the purview of the Justice Ministry that investigates and prosecutes corruption in the Ayermani.

I AM NOT CORRUPT,SAYS PRESIDENT MUSA
Gua Dalam—Ayermani President Musa Jamal Assan has rubbished claims linking him to corruption.
He also challenged anyone with evidence to produce it.
In a press statement today,Musa said: "I am not corrupt as alleged by some quarters. I have always transacted my duties diligently and anybody implicating me in graft should be able to produce tangible evidence that can be adduced before court."
The president claimed these allegations were made by the very same group, which had also spread lies that he was gravely ill and had been hospitalised in Germany.
Musa urged all quarters to verify their information before going public as it could lead to uneasiness among the Ayermanian people and hence affect the country's political and economic stability, which is the result of the people's hardwork.
He went on to appeal to the people to support the Government and give it time to deliver its pledges.
The Government,he added would intensify the war on corruption aimed at resuscitating the economy and put it on the path to industrialisation by the year 2020.
Barely hours after the allegations, which was made by a London-based group calling themselves as the Ayermanian Committee for a Clean,Accountable & Transparent Government (AYCAT),was published by the anti-government online news portal Free Ayermani Press, thousands of supporters of the president, gathered near the Presidential Mansion here, waving banners and shouting slogans.''The country will fall apart without Musa,''read one sign.
There has been a public groundswell of support for President Musa, barely hours after the allegations were made. Leading public figures have spoken out for him. Petitions have been circulated demanding AYCAT and the FAP be charged under Sedition Act and about 20,000 people gathered at a multi-faith ceremony to pray for him.

Fearing ‘Christianisation’,local NGO wants construction of new church stopped
LELEU,northeastern Ayermani— Some 70 local residents and members of a non-governmental organisation (NGO) protested against the construction of a church, claiming the growing number of Christian places of worship in the area is part of an attempt to evangelise and convert Muslims to Christianity.
United Ayermanian Muslims Organisation (UAMO)—the NGO which organised the demonstration this morning— said that there are three churches in the vicinity, although close to 70 per cent of the residents in the area are Muslims and predominantly Malay.
The NGO’s spokesman Shaki Arof instead suggested that the land should have been delineated for the construction of a Hindu temple, claiming that some 25 per cent of the area’s residents were Hindus.
“I resided on this plot when it was a squatter area... but we moved when they wanted to build a place of worship. We gave way because we thought it was for a temple...I can’t believe they demolished our homes and stalls just to build another church,” Ishac told the crowd in the sweltering heat.
“Even before the church is built, flyers on Christianity have been distributed to our homes, and this could confuse our children and divert them from the path of Islam,” he said.
The Leleu Town Council (LTC) approved the construction of a four-storey church in the vacant plot of land — which was set aside for the construction of a non-Muslim place of worship —in 2012.
The vacant plot was previously occupied by squatters, a car park and several food stalls.
“Aren’t those three churches enough to cater to the Christians... only a few here are Christians as far as we know,” said a resident Hafiza Hassan, 42, who joined the demonstration which kicked off at 9.30am today.
Hafiza said that the existing churches often organised charity events and distributed free food — which she claimed were part of the church’s evangelistic activities.
“They use the free food to entice our children,” she told reporters.
This is the third such protest by the area’s residents and the NGO since August.
Ishac added that the elected representative of the constituency Rujaimi Hazlan and LTC had both turned a deaf ear to their concerns.
“None of our neighbours are Christians, we can vouch for that... it is an insult to Muslims to allow a church to be built here, but none of our representatives seem to have the time to listen to us,” he complained.
There were no cops visibly stationed in the area at the time; however, a passing patrol car instructed UAMO to end their demonstration at 11.30am.
As Ishac was speaking to reporters, one demonstrator began hurling large rocks at the temporary steel fence around the vacant plot.
“Let’s show them how serious we are... let’s tear down this fence,” he shouted.
However, his calls went unheeded as the crowd began to disperse at around 11.30am.
Ishac added that the NGO would be handing its memorandum to the city council and Rujaimi as soon as possible.
