Over the next century it turned into a Kingdom.
After this it became a Republic around 2,500 years ago.
Around 2000 years ago it became a Theocratic Empire.
500 years ago the Empire collapsed and became a group of competing States.
Around 100 years ago those States rejoined to become the modern State of Lemmingtopias.
Around 80 years ago it became a military dictatorship.
Around 60 years ago it became a federal republic.
Around 20 years ago it became a military dictatorship
Around 15 years ago it became a confederation
Around 2 years ago the state disintegrated due to multiple revolutionary movements taking up arms against the government and then each other.
Over the past few weeks the main surviving factions signed a peace treaty confederating their differing ideologies into one nation under international law.

2000 - Garrett Miller forms the Miller-Cayman Party and is elected as president
2015 - multiple new parties fighting for control of the politically unsure nation, elections are close
