Captialism and socialism aren't forms of government. This thread did not ask if you were a monarchy or not.

It has socialist attributes, such as state-owned corporations and such...

But it also has capitalist attributes due to the fact the nation is RULED by a megacorporation, the Trade Federation, responsible for internal and external trade.

Ok, then how would you define communist in a simple manner?

Let me fix this up for you:

Communist is a government stateless and classless society where everybody sends all their money and all to the government who then is supposed to distribute it evenly to everyone. communally owns the means of production. Communist is basically a dictatorship anarchy.

We have a mixed economy with elements of Amory Lovin's version of natural capitalism, very advanced manufacturing that uses lots of additive manufacturing, automation, and have some elements of post scarcity economics as well.

The United Socialist States of Nesixar is a solidly Socialist economy. Our economy works thusly:

-local technician and labor unions can apply for the creation of new factories.

-The state accepts applications for these factories after consulting with local economic authorities on the needs of the community.

-A committee is formed from local architects, technicians and workers on the location and design of the building itself. The building is built, the state hiring construction workers from local unions. Safety experts and other technicians oversee the process.

-Local unemployed workers and technicians are hired to work the factory. They are paid through the factory's profits, a process laid out by industry guidelines and overseen by the unions. Workers are paid according to a metric which takes into account the difficulty of the job, the amount of work done, and the per unit profits made by their contribution.

-Those goods which are necessary and subsidized by the state are subject to price controls. The people are always able to afford these goods and the industry is always able to profit and thus workers are guaranteed a good living. This is most especially true of agriculture.
Factories which produce less necessary goods and commodities, which are not subject to price controls, are allowed to rise and fall on their own merits. If a factory ceases to be profitable within the nation, and exports are not profitable either, the factory is either converted to something that is profitable, or it is shut down and the building re-purposed, and the workers given opportunities in other industries. Even if these industries are not profitable within the nation, exports often make up the difference and shutting down is hardly ever the case.

-Public works like utilities and transportation, as well as schools and hospitals, are subsidized by the state and such workers are always employed in something or another. Their wages come from taxes, supplemented by export profits.

-Advances in technology are implemented in experimental factories to test profitability and efficiency, and if proven successful are implemented across the board. Those who invent such technologies are given a special pension.

-All workers are given a pension after retirement, and can retire at any point after the age of 60 with guaranteed pension. A person who is physically unable to work is given a pension and special care is given to providing for their medical needs.
