By constitutional law, every industry is cooperatively owned by those who operate and maintain the means of production, save for businesses that are operated and maintained by a single individual.

Basically, any other market economy, but with cooperatives all over the place.

Best way of describing it is Fascist Third way (in that there are joint Employee Employer boards which decide on which direction an industry would take) but we do have a lot of private businesses, but with the core industries being for the most part state owned e.g. water, electricity, and healthcare, though there is little stopping private compitition
