The State will crack down on the privately wealthy, to distribute the wealth to the people. A Jingoistic Socialist state is Patriotic, believing that their country is best, therefore see a duty to absorb other, lesser countries, into their own to show them their country's superiority, and to involve them in that. They try not to relate and consort with other states, to prevent any Capitalist or other undesirable ideologies to grip the People, and lead them astray. They believe in the buildup of the military to support the glorious revolution of the Jingoistic Socialist Movement. The State is Atheist, but does not force that ideology on it's People.

Technically, we are a Democratic Republic with a Limited Monarchy, however its not set up in any way that the previous term would be thought of by most.

In reality, the levels of government are regarded thusly: Individual, Family, Clan, Tribe, Nation (Governed by the Monarch). Each level of government is limited to ensuring its own well being within the bounds of its powers, engaging in diplomacy with others of like level and defending itself against others of like level when needed (including calling those beneath it to its aid when needed), and judging disputes between those of lower levels.

The individual is considered to be a self-sovereign level of government so long as they do not impose on the self-sovereignty of others (this only partially applies to minors).

Individual Adult Family Members make up a democratic Family Council which chooses one member to represent them (and lead them during conflicts) by a form of anonymous preferential voting. The Family Representatives make up the Clan Council who likewise choose a Clan Representative and Leader in the same fashion and the Clan Representatives make up the Tribal Council which chooses a Leader and Representative in the same way.

The National Monarch, or Noldhori, is determined through a series of tests, starting at the Family level and advancing through to the Tribal level, until one male and one female from each Tribe are left. The men and women remaining are each then voted on by the Tribal Representatives (and the previous monarchy if available) in the same manner that the various Representatives are chosen resulting in one male and one female candidate. These two then undergo a final test (usually a hunt of some sort) with the winner becoming the new Noldhori and the other competitor being life-mated to them.

Representatives may hold the position for life, or until they choose to retire, however anyone at that level of government may call for a new election at any time, except during times of conflict. The Noldhori reign for life or, more frequently, they choose to retire or, more infrequently, they are forced to step down by the assembled Tribes.
