I am proposing the creation of an RP region and would like you all to join or take part in it. A key thing to start out with is that, even if you are an active member of another region, you do not need to worry because IT IS A REQUIREMENT that you CREATE A NEW NATION for use in this new region. This region will be based off of a fictional confederate republic and each "nation" account will actually be a province or an autonomous republic in this federation. This region will be founded by my own puppet account that will be named after the federation. Here is the basic if you want to get involved.
WHAT MAKES THIS REGION DIFFERENT
There will be two levels of government in this region. National (our region) and local (your nation).
In the National Government,
-decisions will be primarily made by a legislature that will be composed of representatives from each province/republic (your nation)
-your nation will elect its own public officials and create it own constitution, and each nation shall establish its own flags
-your nation may choose its own language (we will all create a list of dialects for this federation and you can choose the dominance of each one in your nation/province).
-The region (federation) will be led by an executive branch led by a chief executive appointed by the popular vote. Each nation will have its own RP population and each player will send me the total tally of their population's vote
This region will be solely Role-Play based. Unlike other nations who have Gameplay and RP feautres, this region will simply be RP only. Rather than each player getting a single vote, each player will have a certain amount of votes based on their RP population which we will eventually determine. Each nation will also have an RP population and will not use their NS population, so don't worry about using new regions. Also, our regional (federal) legislature will vote on all issues that the main nation account receives. You must also answer certain issues a certain way with your member nations (for example, if the national legislature illegalized weed, and you clicked a issue answer legalizing drugs, your nation would be in big trouble). However, the federal government will give your nations most of the power and only big issues like defense and national security will be determined by the federal government.
As I get enough cooperating players, I will let you guys cooperate in choosing how our constitution is formed, what our national flag/symbols/culture/languages will be, and what our country will be named. Once we have a name, I will create the region. AGAIN, if you sign up, do not create your nation instantly as 1) We mus agree what kind of names or languages our region uses and 2) you would need to have an etymology of your nations name. Right know, I am just looking for participants and again, YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A NEW NATION TO PARTICIPATE SO DON'T WORRY ABOUT HAVING TO CHANGE YOUR CURRENT NATION OR MOVE TO A NEW REGION. IN FACT, I HOPE THIS RP APPEALS TO MORE SETTLED DOWN AND EXPERT RPERS. REALISM IS KEY HERE

Plots located in the center tend to be more dense with lots of vegetation and jungle, plots up in the north tend to have more fjords, snow mountains, arctic tundra and forests, while in the south, there is more large deserts and arctic wastelands
