First and foremost, please do allow me to introduce myself. I am Julius Frej Shriver, and it is in my capacity therein to represent the voice of the United Provinces government and that of the Commonwealth of the nineteen Yohannesian countries. I would like to thank you on behalf of the Foreign & Trade Office of the United Provinces government, for the attentive correspondence of your represented government pertaining to this missive, written personally towards your desk.

As the appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and executive adjudicator of the nineteen countries' foreign relations, henceforth this missive shall convey the wish of the United Provinces government, towards the establishment of an official Yohannesian diplomatic presence within the national and territorial sovereignty of Nafistan, with the intention of none other but to represent the nineteen countries within your represented government's nation.

Thereunto in full accordance from the authority of the States-General, as consented by the ratification of the United Provinces Federated Assembly, under presidential dictation of Her Yohannesian Commander in Chief Garnet til Alexandros, shall this diplomatic initiative and missive herein be forwarded for submittance, towards your represented government.
