You should make the outer blue layer much thinner and beef up the inner colors. In particular The Green and Red Circles are a but narrow as it is right now. I'd also make the light blue side bars a bit thicker.

Also consider removing the face from the sun and cutting back on the number of rays.

Not at the moment- I'd probably just make a grayscale.

I tried to incorporate the imagery from my flag. The sun is pretty much the central image for it all, but I'm willing to experiment some more with the colours.

Though it is the second largest branch of the National East Kitara Defence Force, the NEKAF is considered to be the most important branch to President Madada and his regime. In the past, it has been used to bomb the encampments of rebel factions into oblivion and provide the Army with a significant advantage over dissidents. The most loyal of NEKDF officers serve within the ranks of the Air Force. It is currently composed of 136 fixed wing aircraft, 48 helicopters, and approximately 19.000 personnel. Most of the aircraft currently in service are older Soviet types, like the An-12A and the MiG-23MF. The most common aircraft in service is the MiG-21M, closely followed by the Soko G-2 Galeb which is used in both a training and a light attack role. There have been plans to modernise the NEKAF aircraft fleet, but the economic situation in East Kitara has prevented them being implemented.
